- Intent and Reasoning: The people on this world force imbue their weaponry if they are capable of such. They do, however, know of both Jedi and Sith, and since they forbid the use of technological weaponry, believing it dishonorable, it would make sense for the world to have some, minimal amount of ore that they could then use for their best warriors. ICly, it's predominately used to signify a warrior of great importance to a Dynasi. It is rarely utilized. A small amount on the world seems reasonable.
Affiliation: Not affiliated. The people on the world tend to lean different ways depending on the group Dynasi or the Yomida.
Major Locations:
Hissho

SOURCE
Hissho is one of the larger villages under the Yomida Watari Shoji, who is under the Dynasi Suga Kinzo, the Iron Snake. Several of the Dynasi most prominent warriors have come from the village, and the vast majority of those who reside there are of the warrior caste. It has several training dojo's within its limits.
Mimmpo

SOURCE
Otherwise known as The City on the Lake, Mimmpo has been assaulted numerous times by the forces of other Dynasi, but like Hissho it is one of the larger cities in the territory of the Iron Snake. This city, however, has numerous farming fields on the outside of the lake, with the city situated on an island in the center. In this manner they grow in the fields beyond, but their people are kept safe from raiding parties. This city is particular famous for its Naginata Dojo.
Hatahari

SOURCE
Hatahari is the imperial capital of Azuchi, and the most technologically advanced of all of its cities. The major spaceport is located here, and offworld companies and governments set up trade centers and consulates here. The seat of Azuchi's power remains vacant, and no fighting may ever take place within its borders. The Dynasi rarely set foot within unless meeting with someone from off world, or discussing settlements between them. This city has no major horticulture, and relies on food from outlying villages.
Culture: Azuchi has an imperialistic society. That isn't to say they are part of the Empire, or would become such, but that they have an Emperor. Or had, at least. For the last century, an Emperor has not been in place because no one has been able to reign supreme over the world. The Dynasi are in constant struggle to do so, but have never been able to take the seat because of the constant fighting. Only when a single Dynasi remains will a new Emperor be likely to be crowned.
Normally, there would be several Dynasi beneath the Emperor, each operating as leadership for different areas of the planet. At present, those are the Iron Snake, Jade Dragon, Black Hawk, and Glass Tiger. Each of them serves as the highest point of their clan. Beneath them are the Yomida's, the feudal lords. Each Yomida has several small clans that are a part of the larger clan beneath them, and these smaller clans are broken up based on position. Directly beneath the Yomida, and thus highest in power, is the warrior caste. Beneath them are the peasants, those who farm and fish or work honest trade such as tailors and smiths. Beneath them, and the lowest of the castes, are the shopkeepers. These people have no direct trade skills other than the ability to sell goods and maintain shops.
A typical day will vary from person to person. On this world the Force is considered a deity in itself by most. Only a few would dare to say otherwise, and it is believed to be personified in the Emperor. Most people pay homage to the Emperor, if there is one, when they awake before going about their duties. The average day for a warrior might be training or it might be battle. The average day for a farmer would be farming, etc. Your day depends on your caste, and your caste depends on the family clan that you are born into. It is not possible to move up unless you are elevated by the Emperor, or marry above your station. This culture is not sexist in that they look down on women. It is entirely possible for a woman to be a Yomida or even a Dynasi, as in the case of the Glass Tiger, who is in fact a female Dynasi.
Technology: They possess modern technology, especially in horticulture and mining, though they have no shipbuilders themselves. They have to hire out to major corporations, but present a decent market as their people are quite willing to travel the galaxy, though in general most warriors are keen to stay and fight for their Dynasi and Yomida's. Where they are a bit backward, nearly Luddite, is in terms of combat. They absolutely refuse to utilize blaster weaponry, or any other form of technological weaponry in combat. It is considered to be dishonorable to do so. They do not utilize technology in combat of any kind. Although one Dynasi, the Black Hawk, is noted for utilizing such on occasion. His army is the smallest on Azuchi, and largely segregated.
History: Azuchi was first colonized by settlers branching out into the unknown reaches of space. They came from somewhere more central to the galaxy, and arrived on the luxurious world, where they landed and established rudimentary society. They certainly had the technology to craft one location of great technological advancement, and that city was known as Hatahari. To this very day, it remains the only technologically advanced city on the world, and as such is the only one that draws in business from offworld, and holds the only spaceport.
The people outgrew the city, however, and began spreading out. In order to keep the world in control, a feudal system was established with an Emperor at the head, several leaders of demographic regions, and then leaders of various districts. These would eventually come to be called Dynasi and Yomida's. While the people in the central city grew prosperous and didn't struggle, the people outside of Hatahari quickly found themselves struggling not just against the world itself, but each other, as they struck out to gain necessary resources. Dynasi vied for favor by controlling the most territory, and in so doing they created a necessary state for backstabbing politics, and warfare. Thus, the warrior caste came into being.
This system has pervaded on the world. Weaponry has been maintained as simplistic and non-technological. Blasters, vibroblades, lightsabers, and other such weapons are somewhat taboo on Azuchi. Their use is considered dishonorable. Time passed, however, and the world was struck by the Gulag plague, and then the 400 year darkness. Their population was severely decimated, as they had grown over two billion individuals. The Netherworld event further dismantled their population, leaving them with less than a billion, and in a great race for territory which ultimately created new wars which killed more people. Battle became inevitable. In so doing, the Emperor was killed. With no heirs, the race began to conquer the entire planet so that a Dynasi could name himself, or herself, Emperor.
While the world maintains itself in a state of perpetual warfare, it does trade with the outside galaxy, and as such, Hatahari has remained a trade hub within the region. Their primary exports are food and their own soldiers, though the best Yomida's and Dynasi don't send their best warriors away, except with good reason. Food is abundant, however, and the numbers of farmers on Azuchi remains greater than the number of any other position or caste. To this very day they export both, and the Dynasi fight for total control of the world. Where once there were many, this day there are only four Dynasi left, and they squash any upstarts equally. Hatahari remains a trade hub, and several of their warriors are out in the galaxy as bodyguards or serving other roles.
Notable PCs: Tezuka Sayo
Intent: To create a world based on eastern Asian sensibilities that isn't Atrisia. A world with a caste system based on honorable combat and a distaste for technology in combat because it is dishonorable.
