Koji is a young man with brown hair, brown eyes, and a fair complexion. He is usually seen wearing standard Kiyotaka Enterprises uniform. Outside of work, he wears a white hoodie covering a green shirt with an orange stripe along with brown pants. He is also seen wearing a blue vest over a white shirt and brown pants. For Business meetings, he wears a black suit, but has shown interest in a white variant of the same, despite being repeatedly informed that that particular apparel does not suit him.
Koji went through his early childhood just like any other Kiyotaka heir- privately tutored, confined within the walls of his family mansion for his own protection, he learned to be his own friend. Any thoughts he wished to share were shared with himself, and the demanding nature of his family's expectations made a perfectionist out of him. The tests deemed compulsory by public schooling institutes were administered over the holonet, with a 50/100 score in each test- as was the norm for all heirs.
It was on his 18th birthday that his life took a sudden turn- whether it was for the best or for the worst is questionable. It was the day the Kiyotaka heir, the next head of the Kiyotaka Enterprise(and more importantly the Underworld Kiyotaka Clan) was to be unveiled to the world. It was also the day that the Horikita clan(a rival Human criminal organisation) and the Oni Syndicate, alarmed by their rival's ever-increasing share of the planetary underworld, decided to jointly send a "message".
His family's convoy left from the mansion to the public ballroom where Koji's unveiling would be celebrated with a gala, the expensive hovercars carrying every single blood relative to the most fashionable event venue on the planet. On the way, however, every single one of them was gunned down as a show of strength by their rival's henchmen.
It would also be the day that Koji felt perhaps his first emotion- Grief. Cold and uncaring they might've seemed, but blood mattered. They had cared for him, in their own way, and had nurtured him- and their loss tore at his very heart.
It would also be the day Koji felt his second emotion- Rage.
After the incident that would later be nicknamed the Night of the Red Rose, the delicate looking Koji would announce a mjor shift in the clan's policy. With the end of its rivals, the Clan's energy had to be directed somewhere- and so he elected to breach the gap between crime and politics, crime and military. Approaching representatives of the Eternal Empire, he would propose that they employ him- Kiyotaka Enterprises as an arms manufacturer, the Clan as a paramilitary force, and he himself as an operative. With the agreement solidified, he began his journey to progress up the ranks of the empire and ensure the prosperity and future of his clan.
