Avatar & Signature Request

Would someone be willing to create an Avatar and Signature combination for me using the following images?

I would like the Signature to have the name Matriarch Sabrathan and the quote "It is only when you fall that you learn whether you can Fly" added to it if possible.

Color wise, I would like contrasting colors, with Gold, Black and Red at the top of the list. If they are not agreeing with one another, then I give full creative inspiration to the one whom takes on the task and will default to their expertise in making it look good.
