SPECIAL FEATURES
- Energy Shield: Similar to an electromesh, Atlas is capable of producing an energy field but to a much higher level than suits and armors with a smaller power supply. It is this shield that absorbs, deflects or dampens even highly concentrated forms of energy attacks to allow the user to survive.
- Retractable Beskar Blades: From the forearms the armor is able to protrude large blades forged from beskar, extending out past the hands. These blades, using the large power supply of the suit may be launched via electromagnetism similar to that of a railgun at extremely high speeds and returned to their slots from a distance due to magnetics.
- P.R.E.D.A.T.O.R: An extremely advanced AI that through the helmet of ATLAS is able to directly interface with the user. Said AI is programmed solely to enhance the cognitive function of the user during combat.
- Bulwark: Despite all of the ATLAS Suits gran features and performance enhancing abilities, it is, at its core, armor. The durasteel plating of the armor is not only extremely thick, but abundant throughout, covering every portion of the body from head to toe like a second layer of skin. It is this feature, that even without anything else makes ATLAS an extremely potent barrier between Kogra and physical harm.
- Retractable Beskar Blades: These blades have been honed to an extremely fine edged and were forged on Mandalore itself, making them incredibly durable and allow for a high degree of armor penetration. The fact that they can be fired from their slots like a railgun and returned to the suit so long as the wearer is within 20 feet only makes them even more unpredictable and deadly to those who don't know the ins and outs of the ATLAS Suit.
- P.R.E.D.A.T.O.R: The AI, being able to interface directly with the user allows them an ultra sensitivity to their battlefield environment. This not only allows the user marginally enhanced reflexes, but a general awareness of everything in their environment via their five senses, giving them a usually unparalleled level of tactical knowledge on the scale of squad leader. This AI also doubles as heads up display for the entire suit and also the suits of subordinates linked to it, allowing Kogra to monitor his entire squad without glancing around inside of a helmet, but instinctively.
- Energy Shield: Working on the same fundamentals as an electromesh, the energy shield that shrouds the ATLAS Suit is extremely strong, allowing for a very effective defense against not only blasters, but lightsabers as well.
- EMP/ION Weakness: A suit that depends so heavily upon its power source would surely have a very strong defense against weaponry that might disrupt that flow of energy that allows it to do so much. That is however, incorrect in this case. Having not the foresight or remaining ability to add any more additions to the suit, Kogra was left nearly defenseless to these weapons. This is obviously the most glaring weakness, as without its ability to transport power throughout the suit for its various abilities, it is simply a suit of thick durasteel and various other materials.
- Heavy Burden: Even with the monumental strength of Kogra, the suit is exceedingly heavy. For typical humanoids its weight is quite literally back breaking, and even though Kogra bears it with relative ease, during prolonged, intense engagements, even he is worn down to the point of exhaustion, a near impossibility under normal circumstances due to his significantly enhanced body.
- Whiplash: Whether through the use of EMP and Ion weaponry or through various other means, if Kogra's AI is shut off without the removal of his helmet he is sent into a very disoriented state. Unable to function at any higher level, Kogra is at a huge disadvantage in combat, even against those he would defeat as an afterthought.
Being born a slave and a pit fighter and bred specifically for that purpose, Kogra has always known one thing. The tools that a man has at his disposal make all the difference when it comes to combat, and even the weakest boy can overcome when given the best that money can buy. Kogra however was raised to fight with nothing but the clothes on his back and the determination to not die a horrible death to the sound of cheering spectators. It is through this experience, and through his escape that he became a bounty hunter for roughly a decade. Honing his skills to an even higher degree he decided it was time he finally began putting his wages towards something.
This is where the ATLAS Suit began, as a simple but exceedingly tough suit of durasteel that Kogra would wear as protection. But over the years he would amass the funds required to make the additions he wished. It was, in Kogra's mind, a way of taking a natural talent for killing and enhancing it further and further through monetary expense that he had no other use for. To Kogra, this was an experiment of mixing the best money could buy, with the best battle could forge.
What was finally produced was an extremely advanced suit capable of allowing Kogra to enter extremely hostile environments and still allow him to get up close and personal with those who wished to sling blaster bolts from afar. The AI he had added was his real baby however, a self learning combat analyzing piece of software that would connect directly with his own skills, allowing him to perform at a level, that eventually allowed him to combat the likes of skilled Jedi or Sith in direct confrontation, so long as he kept them busy enough to not allow the use of the force, and usually come out on top with a new head to deliver to his patron.
