Description: A light two-man scouting Jeep that's perfect for off road terrain. A variety of sensors and cameras feed information to the inside screens allowing the driver and gunner a wealth of knowledge about their surroundings. While the operators and engine are encased in a light titanium armor casing, the rest of the vehicle is just thick plasteel to save on weight. Survivability is supposed to be increased by the AT-SJ's high ground clearance which lifts it away from mines or other explosions on the ground and the large engine sits high in-front of the people inside, providing additional bulk cover. It may stop working after a few hits, but the enemy will have to shoot through it to kill the people inside.
While it's supposed to run from any real threat, the fast-repeating laser mounted is more than enough to deal with most infantry and can even be a threat to other lightly armored vehicles, especially when several of the AT-SJ's are around. And with them being deployed in trios, that's usually a good bet. Mostly the vehicle is regulated to screening, scouting, or escort duties but in larger groups can serve as excellent light cavalry. An extended passenger version exists with slightly heavier armor but a reduced speed of 170 KM/H.
