Bio
Ashley Jackson was born into a life that she had no choice but to hate. Her father was drunk almost all of the time, beating her mother for giving birth to a girl as she watched with tear filled eyes. By the age of three, Jackson had worked up the courage to try and help her mother, throwing a weak, feeble punch into his father's leg. All that did was make her life even more miserable. Her father started hitting her in addition to her mother, causing bruises all over her child-sized body.
Things took a turn for the worse on the night of Jackson's 9th birthday. Her father, after drinking away his senses once again, began to continuously beat her mother. Despite the cries and pleas, he did not relent, until she lay cold and dead in his arms. Horrified by this sight and with nothing left to protect, Jackson ran out onto the streets.
Her life without a home wasn't much better than the abuse she had suffered at home. Any stranger that tried to hand her credits and help her survive was met with a scream of paranoia escaping her mouth. Anyone that approached her was a threat in her eyes, her mind believing they were there to beat her too.
When she was 15, Ashley Jackson couldn't bare the struggles of her world anymore. She stole a knife from a nearby bar and attempted to slit her wrists and end it all. She got half way through the first slice when a group of four strangers approached her and snatched the knife from her.
After getting Jackson some medical assistance, the group introduced themselves as cadets training to become soldiers in the First Order. Jackson's eyes lit up with curiosity and after talking with the group for a short time, she enlisted and began her training as a soldier.
Finally with a purpose for her life, but still haunted by her traumatic past, Ashley Jackson went on to top her classes at the academy, eventually ending up in a squad with her new friends that ultimately saved her life - Wampa Squad.
