- Subject 014 was brought into the project following her snooping around a lab belonging to Jiniaris Pharmaceutical. The boss believes she was investigating the labs after rumors of leaks about the project have surfaced. It is unclear how much information, if any, has actually been released but, we can't be too careful. So, we turned her into one of the subjects and the experiments have been a success! Subject 014 has undergone exstensive augmentation, however, she has shown signs on instabilities. A prior subject was driven insane after augments, and despite our efforts to prevent the same happening again, it appears 014 is showing similar tendencies.
- 014 was responsible for the loss of Augmentation Crew #8 and their overseer. So we have relocated containment to the primary facility. There is level of uncertainty regarding the containment of multiple subjects within the same facility though we continue to enhance security measures to ensure that everything will remain in our control.
- A security breach was reported during trials being conducted during 014's training. The boss is calling for her termination and if we continue to have these issues, we will have no choice than to execute.
