Asha has a lithe but muscular body that she keeps in shape with a strict workout regimen. Her body is also dotted with a few scars, mementos from her time in the Navy.
BIOGRAPHY:
Asha Melissa Corek IV was born to Alena Melissa Corek III and Flint Corek in the Mid-Levels of Coruscant. She was the middle of three children with her older brother Noah being born eight years earlier and her younger brother Flint Jr. being born four years later. Unfortunately for her and her brothers their father would leave them when Asha was just four years old, soon after the birth of her younger brother. Because of this and her mother being gone most of the time Asha was virtually raised by her brother and this lead to...problems.
From a young age Asha was getting in trouble, rolling with bad crowds, drinking and even doing spice once. Thankfully the connections that her mother, and later her brother, made kept her from doing any serious time in juvie or jail. At the age of sixteen however he luck ran out and after a particularly bad incident she was arrested and charge with assault. The judge decided that what Asha need was some discipline and gave her a simple choice: spend five years in the military or ten years in jail. Asha chose the military.
At the age of sixteen she enlisted into the Republic Navy choosing to be a Corpsman, not knowing what exactly a Corpsman was. She glided through basic training, it not being any worse than her training as a young Mandalorian child. She was surprised however when she learned that as a Corpsman she was going to be attached to a Republic Marine Corps unit as a combat medic. She at first protested but eventually accepted her fate when she was told that it was either this or jail.
She was assigned to the 13th Marine Division, 39th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Battalion. During the first few months she slid by as a sub-standard member of the unit but was eventually singled out by a senior non-commissioned officer to try and whip her into shape. After a few months something changed in her and Asha started to perform her duties admirably, even going as far as to earn a few commendations and medals for her actions. By the age of twenty-one she had been in the Navy for fives years and had risen to the rank of Petty Officer Second Class. Around this time her service contract was finally up but instead of leaving the Navy she re-enlisted for another five years, once again deciding on being a Corpsman.
Over the next five years Asha's career quickly soared as she became a respected and trusted non-commissioned officer, rising to the rank of Chief Petty Officer just two years into her new contract. It was at this time she caught the attention of NSOC, Naval Special Operations Command, who recruited her to join Naval Special Warfare Team Six, NSWT-6, one of the Republic's most elite special forces units. After the grueling year long Assessment and Selection she graduated and joined NSWT-6 as a Special Operations Corpsman and signed a contract extension for an additional three years, around this time she was promoted to Senior Chief Petty Officer.
During her time in NSWT-6 Asha caught the eye of Vice Admiral Preston Hood who came to believe her intelligence, medical knowledge and leadership skills were being wasted being enlisted. With this in mind Admiral Hood gave her a offer, a spot within the next year class for the Republic Naval Academy and a guaranteed spot as NSOC's chief physician. Unbeknownst to Admiral Hood she had already been pursuing higher education and already had a equivalent of three and a half years of medical school under her belt and was more than eager to take his offer. So at the age of twenty-eight Asha entered the Naval Academy and three and half years later graduated with a PhD in Medicine with focuses in General Practice, Trauma Surgery and Xenobiology and was commissioned as a Commander.
True to his word Admiral Hood appointed Asha as NSOC's chief physician, a position she held for three years until the fall of the Republic. When the Republic feel Asha was thirty-five and while the situation saddened her she realized that with the acheivements she had she could go back to her clan with head held high, which is exactly what she did. Almost as soon as she returned to her clan she was appointed as the assistant chief physician for a year, only really to help the chief physician transition into retirement. And for the last decade Asha has spent her time as her clan's chief physician.

. During this time she came into contact with Yasha's personal physician, Theo Allard. At first their relationship was simply that of colleagues trying to help the same patient but eventually it evolved into something much more. As they began to work more late night shifts together the two began to admit they felt...something between them. This something eventually blossomed into a romance that lasted a few months before it happened. "It" being when the pair awkwardly tried to propose at the same time, Theo with giving Asha a necklace that belong to his mother and Asha by stating the typical Mandalorian vows.
