Well-Known Member
Name: Arus and Milan
Loyalties: Leos Palle, aka Darth Ignus
Role: They are loyal pets and guardians.
Age: 18 (Arus) and 21 (Milan)
Species: Maalraas
Appearance: Arus is a red-coated male, and Milan is a dark coated female. Both have an assortment of scars from combat with the beasts of Dxun, though the scars would appear old and healed.
Height: Milan is 1.2 meters tall and Arus is .9 meters tall.
Length: Milan is 2 meters in length while Arus is only 1.8.
Weight: Arus weighs 32kg and Milan weighs 39kg.
Personality: Arus is the more aggressive of the pair. He's known to, on occassion, challenge Leos' authority, though he seems to do this mostly for sport rather than with the intention of actually doing his Master harm. He also tends to be the one that will circle around a foe, stalking it. Milan is the stoic of the pair. She tends to stay by Leos' side and do his bidding without question. Often she will be the one to calm Arus down with a ferocious display of teeth.
Combat Function: Arus acts as a forward striker. The capability of a Maalraas to use the Force to conceal itself allows it to get around an enemy unseen and attack from behind. He is the one who will go out and attack a foe, using his stealth to get close and relying on his scales to protect him. Milan is the guardian who stays close to Leos, even if she isn't seen near him. She will strike from the shadows if a foe gets too close to him, using her larger size to take enemies down.
Notable Possessions: None
History: The acquisition of both of the Maalraas was deliberate. Leos is a Beast Master, and seeks to obtain numerous creatures of the galaxy to have them at his disposal as pets, companions and combat aides. His first attempt at taming creatures has come with these two Maalraas, which he went to Dxun, the moon of Onderon, to obtain. With the aid of a few others, he braved the brutal wilds of the world and tracked down both Arus and Milan, which is no easy task to do. He then utilized the Force to instill his will upon them, forcing them to break from the ranks of their pack and join him. He would have taken the whole pack, but the others refused his will and scattered or were killed. Leos only intended to take two, a male and female, so that he could breed them, regardless. These are the first two acquisitions for his Bestiary.
