APPEARANCE:
Arthur is a handsome, young aristocrat that is typical of his family. He keeps his red hair regulation short on account of his being in the Republic Reserve Military. His eyes are a soft blue, reminiscent of a sky before a storm. He stays in shape, keeping his body in good stead in case he gets called in to duty.
BIOGRAPHY:
Arthur was born and raised into the upper echelon of Venan society. His parents were the reigning nobility on Vena while he was growing up, so Arthur's childhood was nothing less than idyllic. He received the best education the Republic could offer, he spent his childhood and early adolescence at an academy on Coruscant. When he was going to attend university on that planet, the planet was going to be taken over by the Sith, so he instead went to university on Hapes. Once he graduated with a bachelors in Political Sciences, he enlisted in the Republic Military. Through years of service, he earned positions of command, working up through enlisted ranks, earning a battlefield promotion and making it to Major. When he turned thirty he decided to resign his active duty commission and join the reserves. He attended University on Vena and earned a Masters degree in Political Science, focusing on Comparative Governments and Interstellar Relations. When he graduated he put together a campaign to take the vacant Senator seat on Vena. He won by a narrow margin, and is now taking his place among his fellow senators.
