Arriving At SJO Temple

*A Small Shuttle descends through the atmosphere of Kashyyyk, In the passenger compartment of said shuttle sits Jack, wearing the robes he was told most Jedi wear...*

"Why am I doing this again?" * He says to himself* "I don't think I had it THAT bad on Correllia... Ok, well that's a lie, but join the Jedi order?"

* He shakes his head as he says*
"Why should I devote myself to a group I don't even know!, All because some Jedi I almost stole from said I was Force Sensitive... Whatever that means..."

*The Pilot of the shuttle says through the comlink:* "Alrighty, we are making our landing approach, good luck out there!"

*Jack Sighs* "I don't even have a bloody lightsaber yet..."

Silver Rest
Kashyyyk

The headquarters of the Silver Jedi was located in the verdant valley of Silver Rest. Tall white mountains overlooking vast and spacious green fields. The landscape dotted in tall white marble buildings and shear dazzling spires. Advanced technology was everywhere. So was the vast throng of foreign species and bi-pedal alien monks. All living and working together underneath the tall, wise gaze of the Silver Rest Jedi Temple.

Lynette stood next to a tall brown-furred Wookiee named Saraka. A female, by the looks of her long red sash and well decorated braids. These two women stood near the end the landing pad. Gracefully awaiting the next batch of students or travelers who might be visiting their academy. Lynette herself wore a giant, fluffy fur coat. Her signature fall fashion. Overtop her full black bodyglove. With her belt and misc Lancer accessories hidden away from view underneath her long overcoat. Her back was straight, her chin was held high, and she looked every bit the regal daughter of royalty she was.

Lynette and Saraka nodded to each other as the transport began to vent it's passengers.

*As the shuttle extends it's landing gear and lands, Jack sighs to himself*

"Guess there is no going back now..."

* He slowly stands and walks over to the ramp as it slowly descends, and to his surprise, there are people there to greet him! He walks down the ramp and over to them, extending a hand in greeting*

"Hi, Um... I'm Jack, Jack Adrian..."

 

[Tanaski Yumi]

Tana wasn't one to really keep track of new arrivals, but the incoming shuttle this day did call for attention, more so due to the fact [member="Lynette Lykova"] was standing around, seemingly waiting to meet who ever was on that ship. Possibly someone important? the noble women wasn't one to just welcome every single person coming to the Jedi home world. The Jedi knight walking up behind said women as the shuttles ramp lowered, revealing a young brown haird man in simple robe like attire.

"Is this a new Padawan"? Tana giving a small whisper to Lynette as they strode down onto the landing pad, offering a greeting to the two. The Atrisian responded by giving the Jack a customary bow, "it is nice to meet your Adrian-san, welcome to the Silver Jedi Rest, I am Jedi Knight Tanasuki Yumi".

Lynette and Saraka both gave the new [member="Jack Adrian"] a nod and a wookiee welcome growl, while [member="Tanaski Yumi"] bowed in greeting.

"Welcome Jack Adrian. I'm Lynette and this tall gal is Saraka of Clan Wooshi. Glad to see you made it. ...So? How can we be of service?"

Lynette figured Jack was either a visitor for the library or perhaps another new student arrival. He didn't seem to be here to apply for a soldiering job with the Rangers, anyways. Hmm. Interesting.

*Jack bows to both Lynette Lykova, Saraka, and Tanaski Yumi*

"It very nice to meet all three of you, I have come here to train in the way of the Jedi, while on Corellia one of your members sensed that I was what he called "Force Sensitive".

*Jack knows little to nothing about the force of the Jedi, he's seen a few, as a lot of people have, but before the Jedi that told him he was Force Sensitive, he had never met one.*

Lynette turned and smiled to [member="Tanaski Yumi"] . Figuring that such a grand reply must surely have answered her questioned with glee. [member="Jack Adrian"] was indeed, a new Padawan. Come from far away Corellia to join the Silver Jedi. Hmm... Fancy that!

She turned back to the gentleman and nodded,

"Well. Then you've come to the right place. A bit far away from the New Green Jedi of Corellia, true. ...But, hey? If they fancy giving away their brightest young talent to the Silver Assembly? I certainly won't be one to look a gift baba in the mouth. Hehe. Welcome aboard."

She gave a gesture to the tall wookiee behind her and the towering gal nodded. Turning to take her leave.

"I suppose we'll start with orientation first."

Lynette looked to Tanaski,

"You're the official Jedi Knight here. Shall we give him the grand tour, or... Quiz him to death over paperwork and tea? Hehe."

Corellia? interesting, their confederacy did border the Silver Jedi space but they did not really interact much with their new government, still a new student wasn't a bad thing, only question was why they sent him here. Lack of trainers? After the republic disbanded due to their issue with the CIS there were not a lot of veteran force users among the Corellian order, perhaps it was an exchange thing they had going, train them with the silver then have them go back home when skilled enough.

His small train of though derailed as [member="Lynette Lykova"] spoke up, Tana snapping back to reality and turning to face Jack, "certainly I can show you around the temple areas, if need be my older sisters can lead you into areas I've not yet become accustomed to".
