Weaknesses:
• True to the classic saber, Aria's will not function underwater, nor is it particularly useful against slugthrowers.

Description:
Upon her recent turn from the Light Side, Aria immediately ceased to use the blue saber that showcased her previous ties to the Silver Jedi. This was of no importance for a time, as in a fight she had enough skill with the Force that she could more-or-less hold her own without one, but as she began to use the Force without drawing from the Light - even beginning to tap into the entirely alien methods of the Dark Side - it proved that until she'd become much more accustomed to this new way of using the Force, a lightsaber would be needed in order to make up for her lowered capabilities. It would've been simplest just to replace the crystal in her old hilt, yes, but for her, that wouldn't be enough; she required an entirely new saber, independent of her Jedi blade.
With some help from her more darksided friends, she crafted a hilt that boasted crimson blades at either end, each able to be switched on and off separately from the other. The saber's adjustability is made to suit Aria's own style of lightsaber combat, which relies heavily on being able to adapt to and manipulate an opponent's attacks.
