Long ago, during the days of the Third Galactic War against the old Sith Empire, a powerful Trandoshan Jedi by the name of Issh Ssunnass was determined to bring an end to the seemingly endless bloodshed. He was a brilliant military leader, going out of his way to help others, be they the people under his command, or those caught in the crossfire. And as a Jedi, his mission was to end the Sith plague upon the galaxy. But his mission led him down a dark road, and eventually he gave in to the temptations.
He became obsessed with doing anything in his power to wipe the Sith out. In his mind, the best way was to learn their power and use it against them. Even if that meant sacrificing himself. His noble goal was soon twisted and warped as he delved deeper into the Dark Side, eventually joining the Sith in their war against the Jedi. For him, it was a necessary sacrifice. A few dozen Jedi, even his old friends, were worth the countless lives he would be able to save. When power alone would not suffice, he turned to cybernetics to enhance and empower himself further. When the cybernetics started to deteriorate his connection to the Force, he turned to drastic measures.
More Jedi lives, more innocents, the blood of hundreds spilled all for a vile Alchemical ritual that would amalgamate flesh and metal into one. Darth Argos was born.
His crusade continued, earning him a horrific nickname among friends and foes, but The Ravager finally met his match in an old friend, who managed to defeat the Sith Lord in a brutal duel. Only it wasn’t the end for him. The Trandoshan found himself in the Nether, a twisted afterlife set on tormenting him for, in his eyes, trying to rob it from more souls. Time ceased to exist as he fought to survive, endlessly hunting and killing the unimaginable horrors in the Nether. Eventually he forgot what his mission was, what he did, even who he was. The Nether slowly warped him into a vile parody of flesh and machine, turning him into another beast in the hell he was in.
But an unlikely salvation came in the form of a dark ritual on the Jedi homeworld of Tython. A gate opened, and The Ravager found himself among the land of the living once more…
