SPECIAL FEATURES

  • Thrusters & Jump-pack. The suit is integrated with miniature thrusters to allow refined control within vacuum. Outside of vacuum the thrusters aren't powerful enough to achieve flight. Instead they provide a moderate boost to jump capabilities.
  • GE-MES. Modular shield generator that adds additional protection if the going gets tough.
  • Micro Life Support Systems. The suit is capable of filtering and purifying the air supply and contains enough air capacity to sustain the user for a prolonged amount of time in airless environments.
  • Magno-grip Boots.
  • Cross-Tech System. Compatible with the CTS from Iron Crown.
  • Advanced HUD. Allows for increased situational awareness and communication.
Strengths:
  • Protective. The combination of Shell Spider Silk, Agrinium and Duraplast makes the suit very suitable (ha) against plasma, EMP/ION, Environmental damages. It is particularly well-suited (ha ha) for regions of vacuum, high radiation and similar fields.
  • Well-rounded. Has a variety of systems to assist the user in their endeavors. From a HUD to magno-grip boots, Didact ensures that their people are up to the task.
Weaknesses:
  • Weak spots. There are several types of damage that Didact couldn't integrate into the suit. Acid, sonic, lightsabers, all of them are increasingly more effective against the suit. Especially lightsabers have no trouble slicing straight through with a direct hit.
  • Jump-pack. It protrudes out of the suit and is a viable target. If its taken out the user's mobility is decreased and if they are particularly unlucky the Jump-pack might start acting up, while they wear it. Making it even more difficult to maneuver around during the heat of battle.
DESCRIPTION
The Argos Vacuum Suit was Didact's answer to their Navy's needs. The more they expanded into space with starships, stations and other constructs, it became increasingly clear that the private military corporation couldn't always rely on open market equipment. The design for the Argos was relatively straightforward: it needed to be as well-rounded as possible.

To help with this was an assortment of integrated systems and equipment. From a modular shield design already utilized by other sections of Didact, to thruster systems to increase mobility and an integrated advanced HUD system to buff situational awareness in high-stake situations. Rounding it off are a common utility belt, magno-grip boots and micro life support systems, all three of which are a must when you operate in the cold vacuum of space and need to survive.

All this put together makes the Argos Vacuum Suit into an excellent suit of armor for Didact's Navy to utilize in their missions.
