Arcturus Black, Stands at six foot one, made up of 75% cybernetic enhancements after a terrorist attack on his home planet Arcturus was left in critical conditions until an experimental surgery was performed saving Arcturus and Replacing much of his organic body with a Cybernetic one. His Hair is usually cut short, black, and his eyes, enhanced by the cybernetic augments done to his body.
BIOGRAPHY:
Arcturus Black was born the Eldest of the Black Family Conglomerate on a small Moon sized City planet, little known to the outside galaxy. However during one of the many galactic war’s Arcturus’ Home planet was seized by one of the warring sides, and cast into turmoil, Arcturus’ Father, The current Planetary Head was targeted for an assassination, however on the day of the attack Arcturus would take his father’s place, which was a known tradition done in the Black Family, as Arcturus’ Father was usually too busy to attend meetings or gatherings, On the way to this Gathering a young Arcturus Black would be targeted by Assassins, in a Bombing the Government would later mark a Terrorist Attack.
Arcturus would be saved by PROJECT CHARIOT, a Militant Cybernetics program that The Black Conglomerate had been silently working on. After awakening Arcturus would begin to work for the Conglomerate’s Board of Governors, and even though The Conglomerate was led by The Black Family, Arcturus’ Father had no power over the jobs assigned to the now Weaponized Young Man. PROJECT CHARIOT, would be responsible for nearly 250 known assassinations in retaliation of attacking the Government by attacking The Black Family.
It was be Ten Years of Wet works that would cause Arcturus to come to, having for the last decade been nothing but a Government Puppet, learning of the Death of his Family and that for the last Decade his life has been a fabricated nightmare while in reality in reality, Arcturus had been saved by the people who hired the original assassin, and then turned him into a killing machine to kill Arcturus Father which he did moments after he initially had awoken from surgery. He had been manipulated, his memories altered and his body controlled like a puppet, however, when Arcturus is hired to kill a woman that looks remarkably like a woman in Arcturus ‘Dream’ he hesitates, the forced command would activate a fail safe, implanted by Arcturus’ Doctor, who was and still is loyal to The Black Family.
Now Arcturus Black is a Merc for Hire, Wet works, or Bodyguard.
His handler is Doctor Ashe Walker, a fellow Cybernetic who both works on his slightly faulty prototype body parts and keeps him alive when he shows up wounded from blaster fire.
