Arakyd Aerodynes is a small sized manufacturing company, which is aimed at producing a range of jetpacks, sonic tech and anti-grav systems for Arakyd Industries. They also complete continuous research and development in these areas, seeking to improve on existing methods and systems. Due to being a subsidiary - and primary manufacturer - for its parent corporation, Arakyd Aerodynes has very little need to expand or provide direct consumer business. Still, direct services are available, depending on client needs and resource availability beyond requirements of Arakyd Industries.
The company is run by a management team, who control specific divisions. All manufacturing requirements and amounts, outside of consumer business, comes directly from Arakyd Industries as they request. RATIONALE
Arakyd Industries began expanding, which resulted in Arakyd Aerodynes being created, to centralize and focus an important area of development for their products. The cost to spread multiple divisions across multiple planets wasn't conducive to cost effectiveness, so Arakyd Industries simply created a subsidiary in two specific locations that dedicated to the avenues required.
As such, Arakyd Aerodynes is under direct control of Arakyd Industries, however their R&D team has some freedom in direction and pursuits.
