The Apocalypse Class Battlecruiser is a class of ship that certainly lives up to its name. These floating cathedrals of worship and war are the pinnacle of the engineering capabilities of the Silencer division. They were created in response to the need of the Silencer division to be able to engage in large ship to ship engagements if need be. These ships are not only ships of war but ships of worship. Although not worship in the traditional sense, as the Silencers form of worship to Discordia comes in the form of blood letting, torture and murder of their victims. These “chambers of prayer” could be best described as torture chambers where the Silencers enjoy the suffering of their victims. If one were to walk down the halls of one of these ships you would hear nothing but the occasional screams of pain as a Silencer inflicted some form of unimaginable suffering upon one of their victims. Along with the smell of incense and other herbs that were burning in the lamps in the hallways, mixed with a smell of blood and decay. These ships are also used for recruiting potential Silencers to the division. There are many training rooms where the prospective recruits would be put through their paces by the masked assassins, while on the journey back to Mikdash ha'Sheketh. Many of these aspirants would not survive the brutal and sometimes sadistic training they were being put through, but those that did would get the chance to become Prowlers of the Silencers.
The ship is manned by specially handpicked personnel from the Armada division for the responsibility of manning the weapons, engines and maintaining the ship. The reason they are hand picked for the role of manning the Silencer ship is that they will have to be steeled against the sheer horror of the acts that take place on these ships. Also these battlecruisers are rather cumbersome and thus require the most skilled of crews to operate them. They are designed primarily for orbital bombardment and captial vs capital ship space engagements. However due to their size they can also be used as large civilian transports or supply ships. However this is unlikely to happen as the Silencers are not exactly welcoming of weak and faithless upon their ships of faith.
