Apex Holdings is responsible for currently over a dozen smaller corporations and has over five hundred fake shell or micro corporations. Its primary trade as an organization is as an intergalactic bank, however, it has such a web of real and fake subsidiaries it is difficult to track just what it touches and what it doesn’t touch. It has a whole division dedicated daily to creating small single-person corporations to pose as a screen for its larger ones. Known to have an industrial wing that creates ships, droids and more for example, as well as the ability to lend large amounts of money to up and coming projects, expecting a good return of course. Apex Holdings is truly the giant of the Triad. The Nayus, Black and Tann family empires.

Balen Var Black owns one-third of Apex Holdings,
Tadietti Tann
owns one-third and various smaller parties such as the Uos Crime Family makeup ownership of a third. Apex was once exclusively under Uos control until the gradual fading of their powerbase and death of their patriarch at a formidable Dark Jedi’s hands. Before that, it was for a long time a reputable bank and financial institution. These days its reputation is a grey area, which attracts more financial types than you might think, seeking to bend the rules. In turn that has attracted sharks, looking to claim it as their own. Strictly legal, the boardroom meetings are… interesting affairs. Clearly a power struggle going on for the bank and its vast assets at the core of it, lucrative contracts exist for parties smart enough to play one or both sides. This has led to many interested individuals and groups taking their share of the credits from the fallout.
