"So that's how you get them off the trees, huh?" A perfect smile adorned the young woman's features. This one was actually genuine -- she was happy she still had that effect on the people around her. The young man across the counter from her was smiling as well, but more in that dumbfounded 'am I really having a conversation with this girl?' sort of way. She enjoyed actually using her skills, showing off that charm she'd worked so hard to build... and now it was second nature. "Thanks for the talk, I'll come back later to buy some." She spun on her heel and walked off, tossing a small wave over her shoulder to the man.

As soon as she was out of audible range, she craned her neck slightly and spoke. "Missy, you got all that?"

<<Of course, Ms Sylvan. I must say, it is fascinating to see you work. You are very effective.>>

"You know it hon. Carry-On's en route? I want the drones to be equipped with some kind of grabber or arm, gotta rub the lizards."

<<They have been outfitted with the Mark II arms. Your freighter will be arriving in twenty minutes. I will be updating their programming shortly.>>

"Remember to prep the A-class freighter, I want as many of these things as I can get."

<<I appreciate your drive for efficiency. It will be launched as soon as the Carry-On has arrived.>>

"Alrighty. Warm up the Razor for me." She straightened as she walked down the hallway of the port, heading to the dock where her beloved YT-1300 sat. Her simple nerf hide boots thumped against the durasteel flooring of the Orbital Garrison above Myrkr. She personally thought the name was a little silly. Functional, but pretentious, considering this place was less a garrison and more a spaceport. If she lit a fuse to the armory room on her ship, this place would be more of an Orbital Garbage Patch. One would think a real defense platform wouldn't allow randoms to fly on in, but she didn't mind, especially since she wasn't actually a terrorist.

Sure, CIS and Mandalorian relations weren't too cool right now, but that was why she loved the secondary transponder she had on her ship. 'Pia Myles' had just arrived at Myrkr, and she was about to bring a whole lot more to the party.

Despite the size of the defense fleet, there was a moment of silence as the five-kilometer long hunk of phrik and durasteel dropped out of hyperspace. There wasn't a second's delay as it pinged the orbital control's comms, which relayed a slightly unnatural seeming female voice.

<<Greetings. This is the Gideon, we are hoping to dock and refuel as well as descend to the surface to collect some of the local fauna.>>

Kelsie didn't bat an eye, simply heading to her own ship in the hangar. She very much loved her AI, as soon as she got in she was ready to take off. Her surface permission had been cleared an hour ago, she was just chatting up the ysalamiri collector down at the market. But now it was time for business.

"Missy, fire up those drones, everything should be smooth if they're reading us right."

She was already thinking of names for her lizards.

Taru had been told where he had to go to find the Ysalamiri, but he didn't really care about the lizards at the moment. His eyes were wide open and he watched his surroundings carefully for vornskrs. He held on tightly to his Gatecrasher shotgun which he had bought just for this hunting mission, but he knew also that he would get the chance to use it later in his life. He was clothed in comfortable hiking boots, and also just casual hunting attire of a camo-colored cloak and clothing. He had a small cage strapped onto his back, where he was supposed to keep the ysalamiri once he captured it.

Taru understood that this mission could have been a safer one, on a different world hunting a different creature, but he knew that his uncle only thought that this mission was for the best. And Taru was the best! At least he hoped so... He had been told to come back with a ysalamiri, or not to come back at all(uncle adenn winked though), and he would be competing against two others(NPC Cadera kiddos) to see who could capture one and bring it back to [member="Adenn Kyramud"] the fastest.

He had waded through marshes for hours and clambered over huge roots for what seemed like days from trees so tall and leafy that he couldn't even see the sky in some parts. He could hear scurrying in the branches above and around him, and then he saw the small stubby-ish brown tail of the lizard. Taru rushed after it, whispering "Oya! Oya!" as he ran. He would have loved to bring Arceus with him, but the nexu kitten was having some type of animal/pet doctor checkup... The chase was on.

Beth hadn't been on Myrkr in what seemed like forever. The first place she lived after being reunited with her father, she hadn't quite expected to find herself in it once more. But, she was happy to be here once more. There were also the worse memories from the planet - like the death of her mom's friend's son by Ysalamiri rights activists. That was... A dark time.

But, ultimately, she enjoyed the planet and hoped to take some time to enjoy the beautiful nature of the planet. Sure, she may run into some lizards, or some other wildlife, but she like the idea of just taking a small stroll through paradise. Dressed in hiking shoes, comfortable shoes and a shirt, she set off down the trail.

Of course, she was also fairly close to giving birth to her twins. Her large stomach made her walking slightly wobbly, and to be fair she had brought plenty of water and snacks that hanged in a backpack on her shoulders. Supposedly, it was supposed to help. Somehow. Exercise and all that - the doctors recommended it.

Her feet, though, were already getting more and more sore.

"Sometimes I miss having a crew," she muttered to herself as her eyes scanned the swarms of white drones hovering around her. Sure, she'd been working for one of the biggest droid producing factions out there, but there'd always been a human touch on it all. Her squad with the Dauntless were all very much not droids. Ever since she'd gone on her little hiatus, though, she was always surrounded by pieces of metal. Missy was great, sure, but there was always that slight feeling of wrongness during their conversations. Being out in the forests of Myrkr was a nice change of pace, and she was hoping to get a few new scaly friends today.

She was happy that the planetary control wasn't too stingy. Sure, the defense fleet could eat her big freighter for breakfast, but there must've been looks of surprise on the faces of the officers on the ships up there. It'd taken them a moment, considering Kelsie's ship was newly registered -- or at least, she'd forged a new identity on her transponder recently -- but soon enough they'd allowed one of the smaller vessels stored in the Carry-On's massive underside bay doors. The thing was filled with several dozen drones she'd acquired from surplus CIS gear and subsequently bought en masse, and now it was time to put them to use.

The A-class freighter set down beside her Razor, the ramp opening up into the large clearing she'd found in the forest. After a few minutes the drones had spilled out of the vessel, setting up a few signal amplifiers to get past the scrambling done by the local environment. As soon as the communication was set up properly, the drones fanned out, searching for ysalamiri to give massages to with their robotic arms. Kelsie wasn't too big a fan of that. Robo-hands were weird.

So instead she decided to wander off, wondering if the vornskrs would try to eat her. She'd be ready, of course -- her .48 cal Enforcer slugthrower pistol was always ready. What she wasn't ready for was... a pregnant woman? "Uh, hi," she said, wondering how this woman had missed her drones. "Are you lost, miss?" Her eyes quickly scanned over the woman from under her simple-looking aviators.
