Another Day on Nar Shadda

Nar Shadda,

The young darted between the two buildings as blaster fire followed him, hitting where he had been only moments ago. He had royally fragged someone off, well probably the swoop gang leaders whose wife he had just snookered maybe. No, that chum didn't seem that upset, of course he was shooting at Drake before he could even hop out of bed. Maybe it was the gang mates of that one woman who tried to rob him that he had brokes wrists, well maybe nahh it couldn't be them. He dunked into a roll going under a massive wookies swinging arm at him, hmm wookies, hey it had to be that one gang he had ran into and blown ups glitterstim they had a few wookies. Well, he was sure they forgave him already for the small fortune he had lost them. Thats when the realized that it wasn't just one, no all of them were after him that was never good and that was never well smart to make so many people on planet angry.

Drake cursed as he darted through the alley ways taking refuge behind a large dumpster, he pulled his energy bow off his back and notched a plasma arrow. He waited for the group to go past him then rose up unleashing hell into a wookie, the arrow found its way dead center of its chest. The creature let out a fierce roar as it collapsed. Drake turned around and started back down the alleyway, notching another arrow. A three way split opened up in the alley, he had a few directions but forward was always the best. He twisted in time to see a hefty Gammorean there, it was startled and Drake was unsuspecting. Twang, the plasma arrow found its mark in the creatures eye, the pork chop was on the ground before it could utter a squeel. Drake cursed under his breath three arrows left, he often wondered why he prefered his energy bow, it was a relic after all and well his quiver didn't hold near as many as a blaster did.

" Poodoo, poodoo, poodoo" he murmured under his breath as he continued to slink through the alley ways. He figured if he could make it to the space port he could grab a ride off planet. Ok that was a big if, as if they didn't have someone waiting and he had the creds to grab a quick escape, which he didn't.

Through the force, Lucas Straife sensed danger near. Sure, he loved danger. That's why he's already on the move, heading his way there. He currently walked down the stairs of the spaceport, when a man slightly taller than himself went to go barge past him. All it took a small sidestep and a foot outwards, before the mandalorian tumbled to the floor, hitting the staircase. Glancing behind at the man, who was @[member="Drake Zy"]. A variety of species stormed up the staircase. A presence also loomed at the top, noticing before it was too late that he was stranded...with this mandalorian. Yet his calm exterior kept a certain smoothness to the situation. He wasn't panicking. He removed the hood from his head. The public rushed out of the way, Lucas didn't. This seemed to surprise the mercenaries since their business wasn't with him. A epicanthix spokesperson stood forward, unusual for mercenaries. That was using mind tricks off the menu. Perhaps Lucas being a ripe seventeen years of age, they thought it could intimidate him and get him to move. Then the fun began.

"Kid, this isn't your fight. Get out of the way." By this point, the mandalorian stood behind Lucas. He could see the movements the mercenary made to his bow, preparing to attack. Not quite so fast... "Kid? My name is Caligo. Although, I doubt you'll remember it in the afterlife." As soon as the last word spoke through his mouth, he expected them to attack. Yet they just laughed. Underestimating, much. With a flick of the wrist, the leader got pulled in with the force towards the force sensitive. A flurry of thrusts with his wristblade followed, ripping through the epicanthix's gut. He didn't last long. Never underestimate your enemy. As soon as the guns rose on the back-up, he used the force to pull the basic lightsaber from his belt. Igniting it soon as, the bolts fired towards him were deflected back at their owners. Some fell, some took the brunt of the force. Time for close combat, it seemed.

The mandalorian Drake Zy, Lucas hoped he'd cover his back, taking the ones from the upper staircase. The sith positioned himself into the form of Ataru, although very dodgy since he wasn't trained a lot in the art. The only non-graceful thing about his fighting style. He let the force flow through his body, before he cast a force speed over his body. He force jumped down the staircase. The enemy didn't see him coming, as he moved from one to another. Each one fell, only a blur of a red plasma energy and a shadowy figure being seen to any outsiders. It was finished at the bottom of the stairs within seconds. Lucas Straife let the force stop flowing through his legs, removing the force speed. He deactivated his red blade, attaching it back into it's sheath. He placed his hood back on, work complete. He spun on his heel, arms folded. He waited patiently for the mandalorian to finish his targets before they spoke. Lucas could use someone with his skill set if he survived.

An illusion of a fast pace life had brought the young lady here, she imagined she would become one of this world's greatest models. However as she unfortunately found out earlier that turned out to not only be a total waste of her time but a scam all the same. Her eyes their normally upbeat ovals piercing through any animosity as she naturally did as she was trained to be very disarming. Kaliya Dupree hummed absentmindedly as she strolled down a rather dark and ominous alley as she would in any clichéd movie. It was officially obvious that she was not paying attention as she managed to run directly into one of the dark figures that currently inhabited the hallways. As she fell to the ground hoping to find some sense of balance she couldn't help but shriek at the sight she seen of a masked figure sniping down a Gammerrean in what seemed like cool blood and she hurried up attempting to stand to her feet but failing at it immensely.
