We're Going To Annihilate

Description: The Annihilator-class boarding shuttle was first conceived by the League of Red, a small band of Sith Warlords who wished to usurp the United Mandalorian Clan's occupation of the Ziost system. Darth Ayra, a member of the League, also happened to be a Sith Lord who held great sway and influence in the New Order. Using her position in the New Order to her advantage, she convinced the Graug Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Vulcanus, to began an attack on the United Mandalorian Clans at Aeten II. This was a form of misdirection that allowed Ayra to lead a clandestine operation alongside Darth Voracitos, to raid a stygium holding vault and retrieve it's stockpile of stygium crystals. After her duel with Ashelotte Savan, Ayra and Voracitos withdrew from Aeten II with the stygium crystals they had come for.

Following the New Order's dominion of Bosph, of which Ayra participated, she gathered various members of the New Order to assist in the next phase of her scheme. Having made contact with Chiss Commander Malus within the Fringe Confederation, who happened to be in command of the Attrition-class Star Destroyer Obscurity, Ayra convinced him and his crew to head to the Morellia system to rejoin the newly conceived Sith Empire. As the Obscurity made it's way from the Fringe Confederate, Ayra put into motion the construction of the Annihilator-class boarding shuttles in the underground construction facility on Bosph. Leaving the construction crews to their work, Ayra and her entourage began to head to Morellia as well.

Meanwhile, unknowingly to the Sith Lord nor the Chiss in question, Jedi Master Ashin Varanin learned of Malus's defection and headed towards New Order space on board the Chimaera, with the objective to retrieving the Obscurity or it's subsequent destruction, if the former could not be achieved. Arriving in the Morellia system, the Obscurity fell under attack by the Fringe forces led by Ashin, leading to a small scale battle. With the Obscurity pinned, Ayra arrived in the Morellia system on board a Niathal-class transport to discover the series of events unfolding. Sending word to Aken Bosch, one of the New Order's Admirals, reinforcements arrived to push back Ashin Varanin, her allies and the Fringe forces under the Jedi Masters command. Despite their success in this regard, the Obscurity was left virtually lifeless and broken. Withdrawing from their confrontation with the New Order forces, the Fringe returned to their space.

Left with this dilemma, Arya had one of Bosch's Pellaeon-class Star Destroyer's tow the Obscurity into the Morellia shipyards, for reconstruction and repairs. As the Attrition-class Star Destroyer underwent repairs, Ayra's Sith Master, Darth Pandeima, arrived to assist her apprentice in the Obscurity's recovery, as part of her plans to release a new class of Light Star Destroyer on behalf of her company, Subach-Innes, for the New Order. Together, both Master and Apprentice had the designs and schematics of the Obscurity retrieved via the construction teams rebuilding and repairing the ship, whilst one of it's Annihilator-class generators, capable of cloaking an entire ship, was retrieved and loaded onto Ayra's Niathal-class transport. With the designs and schematics of the Obscurity retrieved; the Attrition-class Star Destroyer broken, but now in the New Order's hands; and the Annihilator-class generator, of which Ayra had always intended to gain now in her hands, the Sith Lord and her entourage returned to Bosph to complete her scheme.

Arriving back in the Bosph system three days later, Darths Ayra and Pandeima emerged from the Niathal and made their way down into the construction facility. She had the personnel in the building unload the Annihilator-class generator on board the Niathal brought down into the underground construction facility. When it was down there, she instructed that the technology be observed and then replicated into a smaller form that would fit inside the Annihilator-class boarding shuttles. As this was done, Ayra inspected the vessels to see if the allocated space for fifty troopers, as well as the Zero-G assault stormtrooper gear she had requested, had been installed along the ion cannon and plasma cutters. She found that the allocated space was there, alongside the Zero-G assault stormtrooper gear; and that the ion cannon had been fitted on the top end of the shuttle, whilst the plasma cutters had been fitted down at the bottom. Reading over a report given to her by one of the facilities supervisors, she discovered that the rare crystal-gravity trap could be used to detect the Annihilator-class boarding shuttles when they were cloaked; and that it was possible for their fuel exhaust to be tracked by an enemy ships scanners.

Accepting that there would be a weakness to the technology, as there was for anything and everything else, Ayra observed as the first Annihilator-class boarding shuttle was fitted with a miniature replica of the Annihilator-class generator she had retrieved from the Obscurity. When the device had been installed, she had one of the stygium crystals she had taken from the United Mandalorian Clans on Aeten II fitted inside; and brought Pandeima with her on a flight test, to see for herself how the ship performed and to discover any glitches. Specifically, she was interested to see how the cloak would perform. Discovering that the shuttle flew perfectly, she had a "celebration" with Pandeima inside the shuttle whilst it floated in space; and the rest of the shuttles constructed in the Bosph underground construction facility were installed with more replicas of the Obscurity's Annihilator-class generator, as well as the stygium crystals the Sith Lord stole on Aeten II.

I apologize that it took me so long to make the edits you asked for, such as a better description, but here it is. Now awaiting your approval :)

Almost everything looks good. A lot of work went into this, I can tell. However, you're missing the vast majority of the non-combative systems and your armament is a little unclear. Does it just have the one ion cannon?

Just one ion cannon and plasma cutter. Armaments were sacrificed for troop and vehicle space, as well as for the cloak, which is it's primary weapon.
