SPECIAL FEATURES

  • Summonable:

  • Force Imbued:
Strengths:

  • Speedy: Combining Force Speed with Telekinesis allows the armour’s wearer to actually dance, combining the speed with telekinetic blasts from the gloves and boots of the armour allows them feats of movement that you might otherwise not expect.

  • Now You See Me: The Angel’s Dance is imbued with the power of teleportation, a short-ranged movement ability capable of allowing the wearer to instantly traverse distances.

  • Barrier: The bucker shield is imbued with force barrier, allowing it to create a large field of protection, far in excess of its size. This shield is based on the bucker, expanding out of it in a large disk that can grow in size depending on the amount of energy fed into it.

  • Fight on: The Angel’s dance was built for one purpose, and one purpose only, combat. It is an armour designed to allow it’s wearer to push themselves to their limits and beyond if necessary. By combining the powers of force body and revitalize the armour allows the wearer to keep fighting even after they should be exhausted and to shrug off wounds that might otherwise incapacitate them.

  • Complete Change: With a spoken word, or a mental command the bracelet around Asaraa’s wrist could be activated, summoning a suit of armour whenever the Jedi needed it.

  • Tough as nails: Like any force imbued artefact, the armour is very tough, able to shrug off most common forms of damage.
Weaknesses:

  • Complete Change: When the Angel’s Dance is summoned out of the mists a trade occurs, the wearer’s current gear and accessories taking its place until the armour returns. The only items which don’t are those imbued with the force in some way, lightsabers and artefacts.

  • Oh no you don’t: If the bracelet is removed, or damaged then the armour can’t be summoned until the bracelet is repaired.

  • Nothing Lasts forever: Like all items bound to the talisman of calling, the Angel’s Dance only has a limited time, 2 hours, during which it can be summoned, after which it will return to the mists, returning the original clothing you were wearing.

  • Now you don’t: While the armour allows the wearer to teleport it is significant;y constrained. The user can only teleport a maximum of 25m in line of sight, and the further you teleport, the more draining it is.

  • Bare Skin: Counter to one’s expectations, the Angel’s Dance does not cover all of the wearer’s body. Head, shoulders and thighs are all exposed. Without any form of protection the exposed flesh is vulnerable to damage.

  • It’ll catch you: While the armour does allow its wearer to keep fighting far past the limits they might normally possess, it comes at a cost. They have to use their willpower, their control of the force in order to sustain themselves. However, once the armour is dismissed, all that support fails. Push too hard and you might fall unconscious, or even die.

  • No Force: In the presence of a force negating field the bracelet can't be used to summon the armour, nor can teh summoned armour use the abilities imbued into it.
DESCRIPTION

The battle of Azure was a turning point for Asaraa Vaashe, the moment when the normally cocky Jedi realised that there were force and opponents out there who she was unable to fight, who she simply wasn’t equipped to fight. The Angel’s Dance was her first step in preparing herself to face these new opponents.

Asaraa knew she was well equipped to face most foes, but she also realised she needed a way to step up, to push herself that little further when she went up against an opponent who was more skilled, more capable than herself. The Sith Lord’s out there who would normally have walked through her and anyone she was trying to defend.

The Angel’s Dance was a suit of Armour commissioned by Asaraa with one purpose in mind, combat, increasing her combat abilities in the crunch when she needed it, and to have it readily available. To that purpose, when she was designing the armour Lunara Azure took her cue from the Talisman of Calling that she’d heard so much about, ensuring that as long as she was wearing the bracelet Asaraa would always have access to the armour and the boost that it provided. The downside of this availability was the armour could only manifest in the real world for a limited time, 2 hours before it dissipated back into the ether not to be summoned again for another 2 hours. When it was summoned the armour replaced whatever Asaraa was wearing and carrying, the only items which were safe from the effect were those that had some form of connection to the force.

The armour itself consisted of a chest piece, gloves and stockings made up of the same modified duramesh that had been used to make up the Fate’s Dance. The Phrik woven fabric providing an initial level of defence and protection. Over the black fabric, Lunara set the Phrik armour pieces one would expect, however instead of building a full place, the sorceress cut back the armour to the bare minimum required to protect her charge. A small breastpiece covered Asaraa’s chest and back while allowing the Jedi to retain the mobility that was such a key part of her combat style. Half vambraces protected the outside of her arms while small pauldrons protected the Jedi’s shoulders. Asaraa’s legs were actually her most protected limbs, encased in Phrik greaves that came up to her mid-thigh. The armour was finished by a half skirt of white feathers and a small leather skirt made up of thick straps to allow for maximum movement.

Once built, Lunara started on the force imbuement, focusing on speed and providing Asaraa with the combat-focused utility that she so needed. From speed and teleportation over short distances, to the ability to block attacks with a summonable metal buckler and the ability to drive the Jedi on, allowing her to fight on past her usual limitations the Angel’s dance was a powerful capable armour for an upcoming Jedi.

Hi, [member="Lunara Azure"]! Thanks for taking the time to use the factory today. I'll be walking with you through the Review and Approval process which should be quick and painless. If you would be so kind as to link the Manufacturer, that would be amazing!

This is strange, but it appears you use of the "mention" system has failed you here. Probably just something with the site since it tends to have these issues more frequently than any of us would like to admit, but no biggie! If you could just re-attack this, it'll certainly help the aesthetics of this sub!

Please remember to tag me with any modifications made to the submission and we will see about slapping an "approval" stamp on this
