- Structure Name: Ancient Temple of the Fanged God
- Classification: Temple
- Location: The Haunted Lands, Dathomir
- Affiliation: The Nardithi Nightsister Coven
- Accessibility: Situated deep within The Haunted Lands, it was protected by several violent species that protect the area, more than the temple itself. To reach the temple, one must traverse through the territory of the Nardithi, who are territorial by nature, as well as anything Dathomir has in store for intruders and interlopers.
- Description: The actual architectural design is unknown, unsure of how the design came about. Pillars and statues of an abstract design of the Fanged God line the center path. Etched in the singular path itself is the symbols of the Nardithi Nightsister Coven. There is a total of four levels to the temple, three of which are underground.
- Prayer Rooms: The first level of the temple houses the prayer rooms where the Nightsisters would come to pray to the Fanged God, honoring him whilst seeking his blessings.
- Sacrificial Alters: The fourth level of the temple hosts the sacrificial alters where the Nightsisters would offer animal, and the occasional prisoner, in sacrifice to the Fanged God.
- Various Rooms: Levels two through three have various rooms dedicated to the Ganged God, the history of the Nardithi Nightsister Coven, and other elaborate murals and artworks.
SECURITY
Maximum
The temple, laying in absence of visits and drawing close to ruin is inhabited by, though sometimes at conflict with each other, some of Dathomir's more vile residents. All around and inside, a brave explorer would without a doubt stumble upon these inhabitants, or guardians: Dathomirian Night Stalkers, Creeping Ghouls, and occasionally the wandering Dread Wraith or two or three or more.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Around 650 BBY, Clan Mother Clodagh commissioned for the temple to be erected in the Haunted Lands, far away from the city of Siuracha Laochra, in honor to the Fanged God. The temple was a seat of controversy between the Nardithi Nightsisters, for not all accepted the belief of sacrificing a living entity. Eventually around 645 BBY, the temple was abandoned, left to be captured by the beasts and foliage of Dathomir.
It is rumored there are several important artifacts pertaining to the Nightsister culture from far back from the planet of Peridea, during the time of the Witch Kingdom of the Dathmiri civilization. Now, the temple is haunted by dead, creepy things, zombie-like beings, and packs of ravenous wolves.
