An Intriging Meeting

Viera waited as she saw the shuttle had docked on her flagship. She was in an conference room, awaiting the delegate from some new faction. She was curious as what they wanted, it was the first time someone had approached her like this. The elegant conference room had been redone along with the entire ship, and it showed, as the surfaces seemed to gleam. Viera was in her ceremonial uniform, as she awaited the escort of the visitor, not knowing much if anything about the faction she was about to meet. Her intelligence had yet to crack their defenses.

Kodiak was impressed how a small faction was so well defended. Then again so was the Alliance. He was accompanied by his long time friend and general of the Rebels Darren Shaw. Kodiak looked over to him and whispered. "Let me do the talking. We don't want to start a war."

Kodiak was in his black dress cloths. For a fallen jedi he knew how to clean himself up nicely. As they entered the conference room he saw, who he assumed was the leader of the remnant, a girl in elegant clothing. He stepped forward as the door closed behind him. "Hello there. I am Kodiak Mosthal, this is Darren Shaw, and I am the leader of the New Rebel Alliance. I am pleased to meet you." Kodiak spoke with a tongue that could convince and twist anything to his will. Still, this was a meeting that could potentially help him, so he kept his sly moves under control... for now.

Viera smiled and held out her hand, " Greetings, I am Supreme Moff Viera Kisep, Now how can I help you? " She said with a smiled that could charm, while it wasn't always obvious She was still young and yet she had a lot on her shoulders. She told her self to have some fun some time. " I haven't heard much about the New Rebel Alliance, so I am very curious to hear what you have to say. " She gestured to the long conference table as she herself took a seat.

Instead of taking a seat from across the table Kodiak approached and sat two seats away. "Now then. We are new. We seek goals that both the Republic and the Sith conspire against. We want to bring everyone together. To bring order to the chaos. I have been told you have similar goals. And so, with that in mind, I want us to share everything. From intel, to soldiers, to credits. We are to alike to not work together. But you may ask why not merge into one. The answer is quiet simple, we want to be the ones in charge when we take over. So our proposal will be this; we give you intel, train your soldiers, and pay you credits for weaponry and ships. In exchange you pay us credits and trade with us. Do we have a deal?" Kodiak had a strong confident voice that echoed through the ship. He knew he would end up getting his way, but getting there was going to be the difficult part.

Viera was thrown by this offer, " Well I must say this is a first, We will agree that we should share Intel, and we can even exchange weapons and ships and other goods, We have top of the line shipyards and can produce anything you need, We have contacts with a company that produces our weapons and other things. But we can train our own men, We have some of the best men in the galaxy. We of course think that we should begin trade at once. Can you agree to this? " She smiled, and said this with a passionate voice. Viera was intrigued to say the least, the proposal was interesting and involved alot of trust, she was just curious what weapons they should sell to this organization.

Kodiak cracked a smile. "Of course. But I must ask, how prepared how your men? I am not questioning your judgement. It is just you can never be to careful. Perhaps we could provide extra training for those who request it. Furthermore your people will be welcome to our planets. But if they break a law we are able to convict them, or should you? I just don't want your people to think they can kill a man and get away with it."

Viera smirked, " I have have already had my elite force test my forces, nothing tests a force than a surprise war game. But if you wish for the Dragon's Maw to test yours, let me know. I would desire to punish the men ourselves, and in return we will turn over any of your people back to you if they break any of our laws. " She thought about other things, " Perhaps an agreement of mutual defense? " She was wondering if they would accept. It was an interesting evening indeed.

Kodiak thought for a second before replying. "Possibly." Kodiak said nothing more on the matter, a sign he approved it. "I do think our courts deserve to judge together. No offense but I don't want you to judge your own people. It gives them a.... advantage. I say our courts converse to decide the fate of the defendant. Make it fair." Kodiak didn't know how much farther he could push her before she lost herself in anger. Then again, that is exactly what he was trying to do. He needed to see how much she could take before she couldn't take anymore.

Darren was with his friend Kodiak. They were in a meeting with Viera Kisep. Darren was going to be Quiet on this onw when Kodiak said to him "Let me do the talking. We don't want to start a war." Darren nodded his head to show that he understood. He was wearing his New armor that he had made. The las set the he had was destroied by Daxton. He made his armor white. He had a the mesh underneath Black and the hooded cloak he was wearing was black as well. He had his hood down to show that he was not a threat to them. When he really was.

Darren listend to the conversation that was taking place between the two leaders. He knew that Kodiak was going to ask alot of the same questions that he had asked the Republic's leader. So far the agreement was going well. But when Kodiak started to test her he knew that he was trying to get under her skin. he just shook his head at the thought.

"I see your point but the processes we would have to develop to have joint courts don't seem worth it, and imperial Law is harsh, don't worry about an advantage... We are not known for our mercy in our judicial dealings. However, we feel that we should have the final say to our people, and if you truely feel that way I am sorry but we would be giving this same supposed advantage to your people by giving them to you."

Kodiak chuckled. "I understand. I was testing you. I can tell you will say true to your word. You are a young and powerful leader Miss, it is miss right, Kisep. I do hope you understand how great our cause is." He was testing her true ability as a leader now. See if she could keep up. "Darren, why don't you explain to her why our cause is so important for the galaxy."

Darren had to give his same speach that he gave to the Republic's leader. he said the exact same words. Darren started to talk. "We are an alliance of castaways, disdants, and outlaws. Who have formed together to fight a common foe. The Sith. I will use my History as a back ground to explain to you about who we are. I was born on Korraban, The Sith captiol planet, where I was traiend under the Empire to be a Soldier. I found out about my Force senctivty and was further trained as a Sith. I did not agree with their beliefs and there for left. I joined the Jedi to better myself My last test was to find a Sith that had been causing some trouble. I had found the Sith and came to find out that it was my Father. I had to kill him. and I learned that Jedi valued Duty over Family. I left shortly after, and finding myself alone. This Rebel Alliance that Kodiak and I created is for thoes who do not find a home, a Sanctuary, for themselves who do not believe in ether of the Sith or the Jedi. We intend to use the products that you give us against the Sith. If you would like us to prove our selvs that we can fight for what we believe in we will do so."

Kodiak cut in almost as soon as Darren finished. "So as you can see. We stand for... order. As do you."

Of course, but at the moment we are mainly interested in trade, and such. Though if we should find something for you to do we will contact you, now can I help you with anything else?" She didn't quite get the point of the story... of course they all wanted the same thing until the sith took them all out.

Darren was Glad that they would get the trade. it was only a matter of time before they would be a large group to take the sith out. If they were to ally themselves with the Republic and the Remenant they could become a force to reckon with. He looked at her and said "I have no questions."

"Wait... I have one further request... I have an troublesome man I need trained.. before he is suitable for use..." She wondered if they would be interested.. and what the price would be.

Darren was confused slightly. "Like a Jedi, or just a Soldier that wants extra training?" If need be he could teach. he knew how the SIth troops were trained and he had had many years of training as a Jedi/Sith. He would be willing.

"Well, its a force user... He is a unique case that my own masters are competent enough to train them selves. and of course we will compensate you. " she hoped they would take the man... he was a handful.. and only a weapon she wanted to unleash at those she felt deserving.

Darren thought about this. If his masters couldn't train him, because they lacked the rank or skill. He didnt know if this would turn on himself. If the time came he could end it. "Ill take who ever he or she is. I would like to meet them on a netural planet so we would not have influences from ether side. If this is acceptible?"
