STRENGTHS
Jedi-Trained: Amarokh was once a member of the New Jedi Order. He was trained in the ways of the Force, and in the techniques of lightsaber combat. He held the title of Jedi Guardian, and seems to prefer a variation of Ataru that fits into his biology.

Canine: As a Shistavanen, Amarokh has the natural abilites of that lupine species. Keen senses of sight, hearing, and scent. Wolfish agility that allows him to keep up the hunt. Even natural weapons such as sharp claws and a gnashing bite.

WEAKNESSES
Fallen: He is a Jedi no longer. He has been engrossed into the Dark Side, and thus is seen as anathema to his former Jedi brethren.

Mercenary: Amarokh honors no flag. He serves only himself, and whomever pays him the best.

HISTORY
Amarokh Mond was born on Uvena Prime, shaped by Shistavanen pack culture long before the Jedi ever found him. From the beginning, he gravitated toward protection rather than contemplation, excelling as a Jedi Guardian within the New Jedi Order during the era of the Galactic Alliance. On battlefields and shattered worlds, Amarokh earned a reputation as a reliable shield—fast, relentless, and willing to place himself between civilians and annihilation without hesitation. To him, the Jedi were not distant philosophers but a pack: warriors bound by duty, loyalty, and shared survival.

That sense of worth collapsed with the Galactic Alliance itself. As fronts dissolved and Jedi numbers thinned, Amarokh watched comrades die while others chose survival over duty. What enraged him most was not the loss of life, but the realization that he had bled for an Order that would not bleed back for him. The Light demanded patience, restraint, and sacrifice, yet offered no protection from abandonment. When he reached for the dark side, it was not a surrender to madness but a decision to never again be powerless, expendable, or dependent on a broken pack.

In the time since, Amarokh has carved out a reputation as a Dark Jedi mercenary, loyal only to contracts that benefit him and threats that offend him. He takes work that pays well, satisfies his sense of control, or allows him to vent the fury left behind by the Alliance’s collapse. He still avoids certain lines—children, pointless cruelty—but those limits are habits, not principles. To Amarokh, the galaxy is no longer something to save; it is a hunting ground, and he intends to survive it stronger, feared, and unbowed.
