Altani is a beautiful woman. In many ways, like others of her species, she could easily be confused for an Atrisian. Yet, her face always seems fierce, eyes calculating and predatory: like a tiger stalking a deer. She stands around average humanoid height, and is of an athletic lean build.
||BIOGRAPHY||
Behind every man is a woman. This is no different for the clan that bore [member="Temujin Khaan"] . Altani was born as the Khaan's little sister, long before reclaimed the old ways. Like other women in her culture, she was expected to be just as formidable as her brothers in combat and horsemanship. While Temujin went on to join the Tianese military, Altani was left home to work onthe family's farmland.
When her brother revolted against the ruling Empire of Tiantang, and reclaiming the title of Khaan, Altani became a Khataan, a princess-like title bestowed to all female members of the Khaan's immediate family. She also was ascended to being on of her brother's lieutenants. In this position, she was a swift and devasting instrument of his will.
But this was not to be forever. For whatever the reason, the siblings had a falling out. Yet, their sibling bond saved her from execution. Some say it was over his paranoia of attempted usurpers. Other suggested she was found with a female lover, which is forbidden in Kagan culture. Either way, Altani left her brother's Horde, and eventually joined another in the form of the Renegades lead by Leo. Having lived inthe tytanny of the Mingzhi Dynasty, she sympathized with their goals of rebellion, even if by brutal force.
