Alliance Special Forces Command (SPECFORCOM)

So this is a idea I've been toying with for a while. Setting down a distinct and structured command structure for all special forces in the Galactic Alliance and for that I've created the idea of Special Forces Command or SPECFORCOM. So what I'm going to do is outlay the structure and then see what you guys think.
