Strengths:
- Super charged, Alice managed to slavage and apply the SLAM system from an old K-wing to her Y-wing in order to give her a massive speed boost to get away from a fight she can't win.
Weaknesses:
- Clunker, Having been upgraded with parts not originally compatible with the Y-wing chassis the ship requires and extraordinarily high amount of maintenance, even when compared to the Y-wings already poor flight to maintenance ratio.
- Lack of control, when using the SLAM the Y-Wing loses most of its ability to maneuver, and breaks more target locks it holds on other vessels, with the exception being the exceptionally large like capital ships, or a target that is able to move in tandem with it.
Description:
Alice always had a thing for flying and tinkering so when she got her hands on a broken down Y-Wing she was immediately enthralled by the craft, documents on the holonet seemed to give a negative impression of the craft but that didn't bother her, she threw herself into the task of restoring it like her life depended on it. Something about the old ship seemed to draw her in, and she often wasn't seen for days at a time, only stopping when her body was on the verge of giving out from hunger or exhaustion, but she enjoyed her time with and once it was done she was ready to take it out and give the Y-Wing a good name again.
