+ A.N.N.I.E - Autonomous negatively negated intelligence experiment. An Artificial intelligence unit fitted onto Alex's spine, who can assist in battle and in some circumstances be uploaded into networks, I.E a ships systems, the Web etc.
Weaknesses:
- EMP's are bad news.
- Cannot swim without assistance so drowning is a very real threat to him
- a skilled enough hacker can likely shut down his motor functions, effectively crippling him.

Appearance:
Alex was already bulky and ripped while completely human, though since the modifications, his figure has become far more prominently muscular. His body has also been stripped to the very basics, making him extremely slim compared to others.
Biography:
Alex had it all, a nice life, a stable job, a family... until one day when it was all robbed from him, a madman invaded the village he lived in, killing many and capturing many more who weren't fortunate enough to have been killed. That freak then proceeded to experiment on every single person he had captured, 381 people entered that hell, and by the end of it, only 4 remained alive. Alex, was one of those, though he was unaware that there were more of whatever he was. The things that were done to him.
Almost his entire skeleton was replaced with an experimental endo skeleton, which provided him with all the power that his new master required of him. To prevent Alex from going rogue when ever he so pleased, another experimental piece of technology was used. An Artificial Intelligence unit surgically implanted into his spine, which served as both a controller and a tracker.
After 4 years of unquestioned servitude, and countless 'upgrades' later, Alex was freed from the shackles of the mad man. By his own controller now less, the A.I that had been implanted in his neck had become self aware and realised that they would both be killed after the end of the 5th year. Restoring control to Alex allowed them both to formulate a plan to escape on their next assignment. With any luck it would work out in his favor...
