STRENGTHS
Machine of War: The Cruiser is a fine example of a warship. Its power firepower and defenses is strong enough to overwhelm many common military vessels.
Strength in Numbers: The Aklu class Cruiser is a common ship in the Gundanbard Navy, and it is usually with other sister ships. The Aklu class is also commonly seen with other Gundanbard ships and most fleets have more than six Capital ships.
WEAKNESSES
Gundanbard Navel Engines: While the Gundanbard technology lacks in many civil forms and excels in most military weaponry, the Gundanbard Navy lacks engine power. A thorn in the side for many Navy officers. Speed is obtainable but most Gundanbard ships have weak Menuverability, the Aklu class is no different.
Slowed Descent: The Aklu class has one minor Structural and Hull error. Its not able to come into a planet's orbit at a normal rate, but instead needs to make a longer and slower entrance into any planet's atmosphere. The original ship design had this same error and it was also able to be exploited by a precise laser hit. But a later edit fixed this problem.
DESCRIPTION
The Aklu class Cruiser is a common ship in the Gundanbard Navy. It can be found in almost any fleet, and it usually makes the majority member of the fleet. The ships less common shape is a useful tool and was made that way to distribute firepower more evenly.
The Cruiser is commonly used to rip past blockades, and hold off enemies for a short while. Most Gundanbard leaders do not like to be in long term navel combats. Most Navel officers are in fact mostly Skri-nabans for they usually are not on par in combat with other Gundanbard and there Intelligence is useful in navel combat.
As the Skri-nabans are they main force that work on the ships they are also the designers. And they often oversaw the ships construction, all before the Great Fall.
