Darth Avernus has the vision of this company for many years while he still lived on Athiss. When the planet joined The Empire, the possibilities of a company not bound to a single planet sparked his ambition. Within a few years, he had acquired the funds and means to establish the new company under The Empire. With several financial partners and a large team of accountants and administrators, he was able to form the corporation naming it after his birth first name. He has maintained no anonymity in the running of his company and nearly plasters his face all over it.
