Development Thread: If necessary
Manufacturer: Gregor Inden
Model: Advanced Human Replica Avatar Mark III
Affiliation: ACA
Modularity: No
Production: Semi-Unique
Materials: Durasteel, Synthskin, Shard crystal (see below)
Classification: 4th degree
Weight: 135 kg

Armaments: None built in. Can use weapons as a human would; compartments built into wrists for easy storage of small weapons (hold-out blaster, vibroknife, etc.)
Misc. Equipment: Passive sensors, Holonet access
Description: The upgraded version of Ahra Markon (Mark I), Martrey is how Gregor Inden experiences the galaxy after being crippled (see bio for details).
Ahra is a Human Replica Droid, designed to appear human upon all but the closest inspections. He was designed specifically for this purpose, and will even fool all but the most complex scanners.
Ahra is alternately controlled by Inden (who is sitting in a Virtual Reality simulation) and his own programming (when Inden is offline. Again, see bio for details). He is able to record all noises and visuals around him, though he often seemingly ignores most that would be beyond human perception unless they are important.
As a droid, Ahra is capable of incredibly fast mental processes, and his body never tires. His brain can analyze situations faster than most humans take in the information. He is able to push his inorganic body to superhuman extremes, though this is very hard on his hardware and can cause severe damage if used too long or too often. He has been EMP hardened, so ion weapons, while a nuisance, don't disable him completely.
After encountering several Force Sensitives as Markon, Inden decided that the chances of detection were too high (as they should be easily able to sense his lack of life, from what little he knew of them). Obtaining a willing Shard from Orax and installing it within the droid chassis, he was able to give the impression of life coming from within the droid. This, in conjunction with the advanced synthskin used to cover the droid, led to a model that was virtually indiscernible from a real human. Essentially the only way to discover his mechanical nature would be an attempt to remove a limb.
Though Ahra was designed to have as few flaws as possible, some bugs have yet to be worked out. Despite his extensive programming and exposure to his master, his personality is an imperfect imitation of Inden's. As a result, he will occasionally have personality contradictions, depending on whether or not he is under Inden's direct control at a given moment. These can range from mildly humorous to conflict-provoking.
Ahra has pain sensors, but they are self-limiting. They allow him to react to his environment in the way that a human would, but they can be shut off at will and will only transmit to a certain "pain ceiling". Any additional pain above that ceiling is ignored; hence, he cannot be disabled or persuaded by pain.
The same goes for blood. "Arteries", "veins", and "capilaries" run through the synthskin, and will bleed if cut. A sample of this blood will not match any known records, other than the fact that it is most likely human. When cut, Ahra will bleed as a human, but can cut off the flow at any time.
Ahra's synthskin can be changed, though it requires the right skills, materials, and tools. Given the time and resources, Ahra can perform "plastic surgery" on himself, changing his appearance. With the help of a professional, he can change further, allowing him to appear wildly different, including as a female or a humanoid species. This is time-consuming and expensive, but allows for freedom and deep cover activities.

RESEARCH REVIEW

WITHOUT DEVELOPMENT THREAD PRELIMINARY
  • Remove the human requirements, this is counter-intuitive to the design of droids, and does not make sense. You can achieve your goal of fooling force sensitives by implanting a crystal (perhaps a sentient one) into the droid. (*See above)
  • Classification to 4th Degree
  • Use a real manufacturer (you can use your own character name, or an NPC if need be).
  • Change affiliation to whomever or whatever may be affiliated with this droid (such as the creator). Your company listed as the affiliation does not exist in the company factory.
  • You have Height and Weight backwards, please fix this.
WITH DEVELOPMENT THREAD
  • N/A At this Point
SUGGESTIONS
  • Synthskin works exactly like what you are trying to produce with the skin system. You can replace your skin system and the circulatory system and organs you've used with synthskin overlay and a false blood substance.
  • To fool force sensitives, I suggest tacking on a living, either sentient or non sentient, crystal or something of the sort on the interior of the HRD. This will give the sense of life to those who utilize the force. Also has relatively no downsides compared to the complex replication of the human body. You will likely need a thread for development to obtain this, but it will be much less than what would be required to go with your circulatory-digestive-respiration system.
  • Honestly, I purchase all my HRDs from ArchAngel, but power to you for pressing with your own ideas. If you feel that they supply a better alternative and wish to go to them, let me know.
Edit: If you decide to go with any of the suggestions, @Mention me and let me know.
