[Candez Stoon]

Candez Stoon was kicking it back inside his captain cabin. Listening to music through the intercom playing throughout the whole of the ship. It was good music, too. Music he tapped his heels to as he listened, and lightly bobbing his head to the music. He hummed along to it, while in his hands tinkering with two parts of some new weapon. The two parts forming the trigger system for it. Candez had been given a target that he was really excited for, so he called up some pals. And he hoped they'd be up for it. Right now, he was headed for a meeting point on a planet as the ship touched down into the docking area.

Clicking into the intercom, he got talking to one of his crew, "Yam! Go out there, keep a look out for them! Then, send them up!" He got a barely audible grumble in response.

She had been looking over potential sith targets, different vital points so she could cause some chaos through the rank when a message appeared from a old contact she hadnt heard from in a bit. Chuckling she went and prepared to meet him pushing off the idea of hitting the Sith to go and help her 'friend' out

Arriving on the planet, she started for the meeting point spotting a familiar ship as she approached and grinned

Vork was waiting in the shadow for the man kitted in his armour that allowed him to blend in for the time being. He waited as [member="Candez Stoon"] ship came down to the designed landing zone. He owed the Duros one for something he had managed to get him ages ago. Even though he might be a capo Vork still never forgot a favour.

He was mildly surprised when a twilek appeared and banged on the ship's door. He could smell fire almost coming off her without her even needing to be near by. A force user and one who clearly enjoyed the art of pyrokenetics clearly. He would wait for the blue man to come to him as apposed to going to the man particularly as whoever this other person was they weren't part of The Family.

Yam said something into the intercom, it was either a grunt or the system went buggy. Either way, Candez knew what it meant and jumped up from his seat. Then off he went, through the ship to the cargo bay where he opened the door. As it began sliding open, Candez took up a seat on a random crate. Next to him he placed a holographic projection, of what looked to be a large transport ship of some sort. "Stardust! Vorkaliin! Glad you could come, and I could not expect any better help then the likes of you two." He waved them in, and then would go to close the door once they were in.

"Ready for some fun?" He paused, with a wide grin on his face. "Of course you are! Why else would you be here?" Candez gestured them to the hologram. "This ship, it's a cargo vessel. Has a bit of escort, a few fighters. It's pirates, and they have some good I want. And surely, some stuff you'll find useful too."

She entered and leaned agaisnt the wall as she looked the holoimage over and nodded as she grinned nice and big pushing off the wall and looked it over walking around as she glanced to the other and narrowed her eye so before they returned to normal

alrighty seems easily we hit it and take everything, but what's the plan for getting near?

Vork looked [member="Candez Stoon"] up and down. The Duros man as usual was being overly happy for someone in his line of work. "Cargo ship controlled by pirates. Doesn't sound like their style, they are more likely to run cruisers or battleships not something like a cargo ship." Vork had run against pirates before and even hired a few before. He also looked the twilek up and down again. Her name was [member="Stardust Australis Skirae"] supposedly from his quick skim over her files before he had come across she was the queen of zeltros.

"Candez, you have favour with a master of the force who is also royalty on zeltros and you didn't tell me?" Vork asked knowing what the answer would be already as he knew what the duros was like. "Queen Stardust why have you got deals with my associate here?" He might as well find out and make it so without giving away to much about who candez really was for now.

 

[Candez Stoon]

Candez pulled out his pistol, laying on his side on the crate while spinning it in hand. He let the two talk it out, before he spoke up. "Ah, yes Vork. Cruisers, for sure. So expect this to be modified...or a trap. Hidden turrets, ships on stand by. And to answer you, my dear Stardust, we fly in and take them out. I'm a pilot, got two fellow pilots on board. Three including yourself, Stardust. Then, we dock, my ship circles like a vulture after it's next meal and out we go!" A simple plan in his mind. But, since when was anything with Candez ever simple? The answer to that, was never. It was never simple.

"Vork, that is a long history that would take much too long to explain" he said this as he looked over his metallic arm. "Can tell you some on the way...or after."

She turned to vork and wore a friendly smile as she placed her arms behind her back and spoke

no no it's ok candez, as for deals with your associate

Stardust had to guess now this was someone from the family, a group stardust had recently got heavily involved in no to mention with a certain capo of the group the one that had been her entry into the organization

weve had a rough history, he killed one of my close friends, I chased him for a few months and cut his arm off...rest is history I made him work for me in exchange I let him go...only recently am i finding him again but the force seems to not wish him to be a enemy

Smirking at candez she offered a nod, she told no lies and would not skip around the truth one bit, looking back to vork she remained standing tall before looking over to listen as she nodded


if need be I know how to pilot a ship that size I could escape with it

Vork nodded. It made sense pirates would hid traps onboard and hid any kind of weapons they might have on the ship so that they are less suspicious. Basically getting told they needed more pilots vork growled lightly "Then why have you asked me here [member="Candez Stoon"] you are in need of pilots not someone with my set of skills. Plus although you make it sound simple last time I watched you do something simple you got knocked off your feet." Vork smiled remembering the day.

Vork nodded about to let it go when [member="Stardust Australis Skirae"] answered his question. Vork laughed "You let this little blue man not only kill your friend but only cut off his arm." Vork laughed hard. "I don't know what's worse queen the fact candez managed to kill a close friend of a queen or that after that you allowed the weasel to keep his life after working with you for a month or something." Vork laughed some more part shock, part because it was funny someone had allowed candez to not only kill their friend but also only took his arm before letting him go.

He acted as if hurt, a hand to his chest. "Vork, your words wound me! And...that time, it was a test and that weapon was not of simple make. As with pilots, no. We got the pilots. We got the crew. You, Vork...you'll help when on board. Think, all the pirates you can gut and slice and bring to their knees only to behead them or whatever it is you do." As he spoke, he made various hand gestures as if emphasizing his words. Which may have looked rather silly. They had this in the bag surely, and he felt the ship lift off the ground.

"Let?! Vork, if you must know, I was this close to winning that fight! Taser gloves, blasters, the moves! I almost had you, Stardust" Candez glowered over at her. "You have yet to see me at my best...you should have been there Vork. The best entrance into that bank, and only I made it out." He forgot to mention the cowardice parts.

She kept her composure, only chuckling with Jim then louder as she shook her head gently and sighed as she calmed down a smile spreading across her face

at the time I was no queen beast. I let him live because he begged for death and i would not allow such a comfort...mercy can be the greatest weapon to attack someone mentally letting them know their arent worthy to be felled by your weapon

Her shoulders jumped, turning to glare at candez with those eyes that seemed to be set aflame she turned fully towards him and took a single step

oh no let us not leave out the fact you ran the minute I came in and everything hit the fan, when i took one of your heist crew and executed him right inside of the bank, the fact you alluded me for months out of fear or the fact when I caught you AND your crew attempted to flee!

The air was getting heated quick, however it began to cool as she back off and gave some space as she sighed

but the force didnt see it fit for him to die...that's why we three stand right where we stand for all things have a reason

The ship lifted off the ground as he listened to [member="Candez Stoon"] for a bit. "Poor test if it sent you flying still." Vork said smiling. He listened more "Being close to winning and winning are two different things Candez, you of all people should know that. Especially after a lot of the recent work we have done." He stopped smiling when Candez said only he made it out of the bank "So you allowed your allies to die for you then did you? You know that won't fly anymore."

Vork snarled at [member="Stardust Australis Skirae"] when she called him beast. "If I am a beast, then you are no better than a slave to your planet. As true as that maybe I still believe in removing an opponent rather than allowing them another chance were they might best me in combat." He watched her get heated "You let him escape to end one of his allies, rather than hunting the ring master. You are more beast than me it seems. Only a beast destroys something it could use." He finished up before stepping away from the two of them clearly done with speaking anymore.

 

[Candez Stoon]

Candez just looked between the two as he was about to explain the rest of his plan. "Right, so once we attach to their ship, we board. You two take front, I shoot and-" He looked up from the hologram to see three things. First; the queen's glare and a certain warmth to the air. Second; a snarling beast. And three; him. A lanky Duros caught in the middle that would no doubt be the target of both their aggression. "Woah, woah now! Hey, all in the past Star. And Vork, I'm passed that now! I don't leave accomplices behind, I'm passed that."

He stood there for a moment, arms raised between them as if pushing them apart. "Now let's all sit down, talk over the rest of the plan and-" The intercom sounded. "Captain Stoon, we see it." He paused. "Well...that was fast. Now how long till the fighters?"

The ship shaking was a clear enough answer. Just like all of his plans, this one too was going sideways already. "Stardust, need you on in the cockpit! Help the pilot!" He pointed to the cockpit, where the Togruta Bobees Maash. "Vork, go with Yam, check the damage! It felt like it came from the armory!" He pointed Vork to the Kel Dor also in the cargo space. "As for me, I got the guns!"

The Crew The Ship

She spoke roughly and then back away when candez got between. She sighed and closed her eyes as she nodded

my apologies, hes right it's all in the past. People change...I can't deny it wasnt he beat part of my life at all. Now in the present i forgive and i apologies for the name calling

Before she could speak anymore, she heard the intercom and cursed as she nodded and started running quickly to the pinot as she entered and looked seeing the fighters


alrighty thisll be fun! Your gonna need to try and out maneuver them and put your shielding towards them

Vork refused to respond to the woman any further. She had already said things that were meant to attack him and in his culture he would attack back but in due time. For now he needed it to look like she had won this small battle. He also ignored the blue man, that was until the alarms went off He growled following [member="Candez Stoon"] orders following Yam. He didn't speak anymore as he bided his time to hit the woman [member="Stardust Australis Skirae"] where and when it would hurt and he would twist the knife when he did.

 

[Candez Stoon]

Candez Stoon got into the cannon seat, which was set up to the Virtual Reality seat. He was in, and as the view came to for him through the ship's main cannon, he spotted several fighters behind. At least four. And ahead, their target. A rather large cargo freighter that appeared to have it's cargo stored in the hold, that was underneath the rest of the hull. Just as he predicted, several laser cannons appeared from the freighter's hull, taking aim. That was for [member="Stardust Australis Skirae"] to worry about as he took aim, firing at the fighters. Clipping one of them as it flew by.

Bobees was attempting a hard turn to avoid laser fire from the fighters, all the while trying to keep behind the freighter. It seemed safest there and that was proven when the Salty Mynock went a bit to the side, taking a hit from the cannons. He cursed under his breath. Stardust would need to help any way she could as Bobees would control energy output, handing the piloting controls to her.

Yam got to the armory with [member="Vorkaliin Barass"], with the ship's astromech that was attempting to put out a fire. Yam got to helping as the ship had taken a bad hit. They needed a way to disable the cannons as the ship shuddered from the hit that hit as the pilot attempted to lose the fighters. But how, who could survive in the vacuum of space long enough to disable them?

Grabbing the controls stardust let a breath out and etteled in as her eyes scanned everything ahead of her from the freighter to the fighters coming for her and a grin formed along her face. She jerked the controls back and put them into a spin as she let a breath out and the loved them hoping to cause the fighters to bunch up.

Stardust aimed them right for the engines of the freighter as she punched the speed, they were heading for a collision course no doubt scaring the pilot by her before she pulled up tight at the last moment she could hoping to send some of the fighter right into the freighters engines
