After the Invasion
First Order Stormtrooper Legion LZ Base

Battered, bruised and still bleeding from a deep cut that ran up her lips, Ricochet sluggishly walked into a pre-fabricated Imperial styled base that was assembled during her legion's assault on the Resistance Stronghold. Droplets of crimson fluid tick and tacks against her stained white armor. Pressing the entrance button the door slide aside and Ricochet approached an old friend who had risen to Field Medic in the First Order Legions. Takezo was a slender and gentle looking Corellian. Ricochet loomed over the medic has he was hunched over gathering supplies. Turning about he promptly dropped all his supplies and recoiled at Ricochet's visage.

"Leader's mercy what the hell happened to your face Synthia!" Takezo gasped. Ricochet rolled her eyes, tossed her helmet aside and slumped into a operating chair, reclining her head back.

"Ate an explosion. Was spicier than I thought." Ricochet growled, "There will be more coming. Room-to-room fighting in a stronghold battered my men. Lost a few good ones to close blaster fire."

Takezo attempted to organize his mess before running to an intercomm and calling in his assistants. A white high collared tunic wearing man rushed in and sat beside Ricochet. He called in a stitching droid that began the pre-operation procedures of cleaning the contamination and blood around her wound. The droid beeped and booped.

"Whats another scar to me?" Ricochet laughed. "Just another one to go with the others. Don't worry about cosmetics just stitch it up."

The droid hummed in irritation, while the assistant medic guided the droid and began removing bits of Ricochet's armor. Taking a pair of surgical scissors he began to cut off the black long sleeve body suit that she wore underneath. When removed it revealed her wounded and scarred torso and the mechanical plating of her cybernetic arm. Ricochet's body was toned, but scarred. Old lacerations, burns and cuts dotted her abdomen and arms. The young medic couldn't help but stare. Takezo smirked and added his own commentary.

"Don't be too shocked Gal. I know where the scarier ones are." Takezo joked. Ricochet grinned only to stop after the droid groaned at her for moving her lips. Outside more troopers made their way to places of rest, recuperation or the medical compartment Ricochet was in. She herself was waiting for a post-battle report from one of her Legion Captains ([member="Kyle Amedis"]).

Sibar truged through the base, he was going rather slow but that was only because on of his men were leaning on his shoulder. He started hearing whispers from some of the other troopers nearby "I didnt know then pysco of the order was on this mission" "Didn't you hear? He and his men took out an entire bunker, the whole place was in flames." "What would you expect from the 11th incenirator squad?" Sibar rolled his eyes and moved his head to his men. Sibar chuckled when he saw one of them "Rill, what do you karking have in your hand?" The incinerator looked down at his hand and saw a charred helmet. "What Major? I can't keep a souvenir?" Sibar bursted out laughing "I suppose you can. Just don't go be wearing that. It's going to get you shot." Rill nodded at him and walked off.

Sibar made his way to the medical compartment with the wounded incinerator. "Come on Jax. Your going to be fine." Sibar took of Jax's helmet, under it was a bloody face. Jax gave a weak smile and spat up some blood. "Yea I know Major. Still bloody hurts though." Sibar smiled and set Jax down, he then took off his helmet and took a breath of fresh air. "It takes a lot of will to get beaten to a pulp, get shot in the shoulder, and still take on a bunker of rebels Jax, I'll give you that."

Glad to have some respite, if you could call it respite – he wasn’t shooting his E11, so it was respite – Kyle had the call to report to the leader of the pack, so to speak; @Ricochet. He finished overseeing a drop-ship of fresh troopers landing on the coordinates given which was now a charred and burnt-out Resistance footprint the First Order had happily brushed away.

Passing on command to another captain, Kyle carried his blaster in one hand and turned to report to the newly erected base of operations the units were operating from to secure the stronghold and, in time, the whole planet with the fleet up above carrying out recon across both hemispheres. Right now, however, this place was alive with activity and a great sense of relief washed over the troops on the ground.

He didn’t acknowledge the guard on the door as he walked in to the base, moving past a congregation to head into the Med-Bay where she was checking into first, and where he would meet her. And he didn’t expect the sight that greeted him as he thumbed the door open. Half-cut from her armour which was pretty beaten, and then her flesh dotted with the signs of war and a nasty looking slice on her face.

Thank god he had his helmet on. Walking towards her, wary of giving her and the medics space, he couldn’t help give her a once – twice- over behind his black visor.

”Amedis, ma’am, as you requested.”

While he wasn’t standing to attention, he still stood with confidence and somehow felt he had gotten away lightly during the invasion with only a few knocks to his body; nothing like what she had.

”We have a fresh squad of troops on the ground to take up positions our men are vacating to get patched up or buried. 2 transports of prisoners, military and civilian, ready to depart at once. However I suggest we make an example of the military personal here for the civilians to take away as a memory they won’t forget.”

It didn’t pay to show mercy in the First Order – that wasn’t how empires were forged against those who stood against you.

The stitching droid wheezed and wooted. Ricochet hunched over and pulled herself up from the chair. Part of her lip stitched up made it hard to speak. Her red robotic eye rolled towards Kyle and beamed a red glow. She pondered about the proposition. Enforcing examples was necessary. But, in order to develop a foundation of an empire, the civilians would need to be indoctrinated in a less brutal fashion. She remembered how such protocols worked when she was a Sith Trooper during the invasions of Telti and Coruscant. A slave to a death cult. Submit or be massacred. Ricochet shook her head and stood up.

"Have the ring leaders executed by firing squad after interrogation." Ricochet coldly passed judgement. "Rest of the military personnel will be processed into Labor Re-Education Camps. I'm sure HQ has some civil project they need extra man power in."

She then walked towards a mirror and inspected her cybernetic arm. Its metallic plating had been singed and scorched from an explosion. Although the steel was intact the circuitry below had been shot. Tapping some of the panels her whole arm disengaged her shoulder socket and with her organic left arm she rested her robotic right arm on a table below the mirror. "As for the civilians. They can be left to the Bureaucrats. Let them process them and bring them into the Imperial yoke as new citizens." said Ricochet.

Ricochet let the droid then begin fixing her arm before returning to her seat. "What about you Amedis. How have you and your group faired?" Noticing [member="Sibar Laval"] and his men come into camp she waved to him and his group. "And what of the famed, flame knights?" Ricochet called out in a jest.
