DESCRIPTION
Aether Arms Division was an Armstech and Arms Manufacturing company based on the planet Ferrix in the Outer Rim Territories. The company was known for producing high-quality vibroblades and fixed-bladed weaponry for the Mandalorian Empire and select private contracts, most notably with Dreadstar Security Solutions. It was established after the Mandalorian-Dirachy war and just before the dissolution of the Imperial Confederation. The company was known for focusing on products specifically geared and manufactured for its sister companies, whilst also accepting government contracts. Its location in the Ferrix Oversector of the Mandalorian Empire ensured it could maintain contact with its primary marketplace and keep it hidden from potential strikes. Aether Arms Division was known for its support of the Mandalorian Empire and Dreadstar Security Solutions, and for its care and consideration towards its employees.
RATIONALE
Aether Arms Division was founded in the wake of the Mandalorian-Diarchy War between 902 ABY and 905 ABY at the order of an internal corporate memo at Aether Systems. The company was majority-owned by an enigmatic individual known only as "The Warden of Ferrix" and was considered deeply ingrained in the Ferrixian Culture of the time. Aether Arms Division was also known to be backed by silent partners in the Outer Rim Territories and Unknown Regions, with Aether Systems retaining majority control.
