ANNE was created by Arrbi Betna for his girlfriend/fiancee, Anija Ordo. Betna knew that Anija was designing a new set of beskar'gam and decided to help out with a small gift. That small gift is ANNE.
ANNE is a non-combat, engineering AI capable of a wide array of abilities directly related to Anija's work. ANNE can project holographic charts and plans, each able to be edited by Anija's hands rather than a stylus. The AI also shares capabilities with a Class One droid brain and is able to easily make multiple, complex calculations at a rapid pace. ANNE also features a Computer-Aided Design system, allowing Anija to make designs and plans through the AI and holoprojectors. Those, coupled with the encrypted comms in her helmet, can let her bundle and transmit those plans and data whenever she wishes to whoever she wants.
The AI can also use an installed holographic laser projector to level walls, floors, ceilings, piping, distances, and even make plumb lines if she needs to. ANNE also has a magnetic locator, which allows the AI to find magnetic items behind walls, under floors, or above ceilings should she need to. It also has a compass and a clinometer, which allows the AI to figure out location, find directions, and take slope readings. On top of this, or because of it, ANNE can also do survey work when needed with accuracy.
ANNE also has developed a personality based on snarkiness, wit, and sarcasm. The AI has a love of the Holo Series "Real Fondorian Housewives", and has been known to download the series at will. ANNE is also slightly vindictive and has been known to rearrange helmet settings to different languages as well as give witty and sarcastic commentary at times.
Overall, this should, hopefully, be a gift AI that Anija would like. Or else Betna's in trouble.
