DESCRIPTION

Adsertor-Class is a solid and dependable support vessel, designed to fortify positions and disrupt enemy supply lines through use of its extensive minelaying capabilities. To that end, it specializes in rapid deployment, utilizing its fast hyperdrive to arrive quickly in a system and begin seeding mines within a matter of minutes, taking full advantage of the onboard fabricators to grant it a steady supply of munitions. ​

Due to the high level of onboard automation, only a bare minimal skeleton crew is actually required to operate the vessel, which is fortunate given the very cramped quarters onboard. Given that crews are expected to spend weeks or even potentially months on end trapped in tight, restrictive conditions has earned the Adsertor-Class the nickname 'The Coffin' amongst naval circles. Knowing full well that any false move when handling the vessels' payload will earn them an all expenses paid cremation.​
