The Confederacy of Independent Systems military does not completely include droids as many seem to believe. There are men, women, and everything in between who shed blood, sweat, and tears of the living beings who gladly call themselves Separatist. And these people do not come with the programming that droids to. They must be taught and trained to be fearless warriors. They must be put through many trials and hardships if they wish to fight to the same, or better than, the droids do. This is why the Admiral Trench Naval Academy was founded.
This massive space station was constructed for those brave people who swore an oath to defend the Confederacy and it's ideals.
Within the reinforced Impervium hull of this space station is a small civilization constructed to resemble a massive campus that would be found planetside. Inside the space station there are a hefty amount of buildings, each with their own purpose. Most of the buildings consist of classrooms, physical training facilities, combat training simulation rooms.
While the main purpose of this station is training military personnel, there are other installations within the station, mostly to keep recruits morale up. There are several restaurants throughout the station, all with different cuisines from throughout the galaxy to satisfy multiple pallets. There is also a large man-made park with finely cut grass, a pond, trees and a playground for the young dependents of military personnel. There is also a decent sized amusement park outfitted with rollercoasters, water park, a movie theater, and free parking!
Security is of the utmost importance in this station. Not only are the apparent external threats, but there are also internal threats that must be of concern. The entire station is outfitted with a complex security system consisting of around-the-clock surveillance equipment, squads of combat droids awaiting activation if necessary, and an alarm system in case of emergency.
The Admiral Trench Naval Academy, named after the ruthless and effective naval commander from the past incarnation of the Confederacy, is truly an impressive site that strives for excellence and nothing less.
