STRENGTHS: Reshmar is a natural leader and well versed in tactical operations. He is loyal which can be both a strength and a weakness depending on the circumstance. His ability to adapt is second to none and he cares about the men and women under him.

WEAKNESSES: Reshmar often cares too much. His concern for the men and women under him limit often limit his tactical options in battle. HE is not above sacrificing people but he will work to not have to if at all possible often missing out on opportunities given.

Appearance: Reshmars over all skin color is dark for a mon calamari. Other than that he looks like a Mon Cal. He has a small barley visible scar on his right arm from a battle when he was younger. His general attire depends on what hat he is wearing at the time. As the executive engineering consultant for the Mon Calamari Shipyards his standard dress is the drab tan officers uniform found on most Mon Calamari defense vessels. When he meets with important customers or governmental officials he will wear the white Admirals uniform from his days in the Mon Calamari Defense Fleet.

Biography: Tian Reshmar was born on Dac where he lived most of his life. At a young age he was selected for a junior leaders group sponsored by the Mon Calamari Military where he excelled and upon reaching the age he was recruited into the Dac Defense Corps and sent to the Ackbar School for Games and Theory. After his graduation he entered full service in the Dac Defense Navy. Here he thrived and moved through the ranks rapidly. Serving aboard various vessels and under various commanders Reshmars service record was spotless.

Reshmar was given his first command at the young age of thirty two. His ship and crew soon became embroiled in a lengthy engagement with Pirates near the Mantooine system. It was here Reshmars spotless record was sullied and he suffered his first defeat either real or simulated. C hosing to save the life of one of his crew Reshmar disregarded an opportunity to strike the pirates ending there campaign of terror. This allowed the pirates to escape and extended their reign of terror for six more months. It was a major blemish on Reshmars record but his actions resulted in the saving of one of the highest admirals in the Dac Defense Corps daughter.

With his actions overlooked by high command and Reshmar given a second chance, he meet the pirates on four more engagements the final of which he lead his ship and crew in a battle which would be taught in the corp classes for the next decade. Defeating seven pirate ships, destroying the lead ship and killing the Pirate leader. In a daring display of tactical ingenuity and skill Reshmar engaged the far superior force using the shattered world of Pammant as cover performing rapid strikes on the pirates then hiding in the worlds shattered debris field to.
Here he had been suffered an almost deadlt wound that would keep him out of the fight for the final battle of the pirate campign. where the massed force of the Dac Defense corps destroyed the pirate fleet at the battle of Pinperu. Reshmar was awarded the Dac cross for his actions and promoted to admiral where he would spend the next twenty years serving the Mon Calamari and the Dac Defense Corp with distinction and honor.

Disagreeing with the administration of the new ruling party on Dac Reshmar chose to retire from active service with the Dac Defense Corps and became a Engineering consultant for the Mon Calamari Shipyards. Here he works with various governments at the behest of the Mon Calamari Shipyards in engineering and design assistance for prospective customers. His work as executive engineering consultant is a elaborate ruse however. Upon the disappearance of the Mon Calamari Shipyards CEO Reshmar took over the company and now funs it from his private corporate villa on Mon Cala. His work with he Mon Calamari shipyards offers Reshmar with a cover and the needed resources to assist him in setting up the ground work for The Directorate.
