- Slugger: The A'den Class makes use of extensive missiles, allowing it to export large amounts of damage potential on individual or multiple targets in short order.
- Slight: The A'den Class is designed with a narrow profile, allowing it to minimize the risk of enemy fire coming at it from directly forward or behind, allowing it to be extremely effective in dogfights.
- Ammunition: The primary weaponry of the A'den Class revolves around missiles, limiting the effective duration an A'den can engage other vessels. It must either limit its own firepower, or withdraw after a short engagement to rearm.
- Profile: While it provides a smaller target at a horizontal angle in a battle, it has a wider targeting area from a vertical angle, with large flat sections posing as easy targets.
- Blocked View: The design of the A'den limits the pilots direct visual lines of sight, and must instead rely heavily on sensors to create a full field of vision. Should sensor jammers be deployed in a battle, the A'den pilot will be at a large disadvantage.
Following the establishment of the Mandalorian Union, the A'den Class Starfighter was commissioned to serve as the primary assault craft of the new faction. Designed around the hit and run tactics of the Union fleet doctrine, the A'den is equipped with a hyperdrive, particle and ray shielding, the A'den Class is capable of entering an engagement on its own, and survive long enough to deliver is missile weaponry on enemy targets, or even engage in a dogfight for short periods of time, before withdrawing from the theater. The A'den Class carries enough supplies and equipment to allow its pilot to survive on their own for several weeks at a time, allowing them to sit in ambush waiting for targets to come to them.
