Appearance:
Adeline has a very rough and defined face. From her chiseled jaw up to her thick brows. Smooth, dark blue irises take residence with in her watchful eyes. Though they are an eye-catching feature, a that stretches from her right ear to a few inches through the center of her cheek. It hasn't fully repaired and now has a pale coloration. Her mother was Hapan and gave Adeline a gentle beauty and even when she isn't trying to hard she even has a beautiful aurora.
She is a rather short woman, standing 1.7 meters (5'5" ft) tall. From which she takes on from her mother. Adeline's hair is rather matted when she wears it in the normal fashion as in an up-do and two braids across the top. Other than that when her hair is down, long wavy blonde and brown locks reach below her shoulder blades. Her body isn't exactly built for combat despite her father's species being very strong and enhanced. Instead she relies on her agile and very, very quick footed feet and hands.
Personality:
Her personality isn't that hard to describe. She's going to do what it takes to get what she wants and doesn't mind pushing down who ever is in her way to do obtain it. That is what makes her so good in her line of work. Adeline is independent. Ever since she was a child she has never had to reply on anyone to make a living and thrive. Despite her harsh childhood she is quite witty. Whenever there is a opportunity to put in a smart comment or remark, she takes advantage of it. Adeline has some issues with separation but it isn't sever. Once she get's attached it's hard to shake her but it is possible. To her trust is everything. If you have her trust you have her heart.
At times her mouth can get her in trouble. Adeline is an extremely confident woman. Even though her mother was Hapan and they are known for their beauty Adeline does not pay much attention to the claim. Her uncle could not change her personality but he did mold her intelligence and way of thinking in ways she never knew she could reach. Beneath her witty outer shell Adeline is coordinated, a quick thinker and resourceful. Did I mention highly intelligent? Adeline knows her way around codes, technology and opening difficult things such as safes and lock. She had a great teacher.
Though through out all of this it was hard not to pick up a few issues of her own. Unfortunately she grew accustomed to the taste of a good alcoholic beverage at a young age. Which was common among teenagers at the time. Over a period a time she is slowly becoming quite the alcoholic.
History:
She was born on Hapan. Her mother was a beautiful woman, just like everyone else on the planet. The woman left as soon as she was born. Usually mothers have a bond with their child but for her, her father claimed it was easy for her to go. With her father she lived a very normal life, she choose gymnastics as a little side hobby when grade school didn't offer a lot to in her free time. In fact she was quite skilled in that area of expertise even for her age.
Her father did what he could to make his child happy. They lived in very, very poor area. Riddle with violence and famine. He was a doctor. Despite his occupation it never gave him much money but he did pass down some medical skills but she never wanted to take on the occupation. Around the age of 7 her father also left her. At the time her uncle lived right next to them in their shabby home. He was over, looking for remains of her father and to looking to find if he left any information behind that could explain his disappearance.
The man claimed that there was nothing he could find but she had suspected otherwise. Though not before making sure her uncle took custody of the child. Adeline never understood why her father left because her uncle refuses to enlighten her. Her uncle removed her from grade school and begun to home school her. Now he wasn't just teaching chemistry and history, he was teaching her how to become the woman she is now. Though he kept her in gymnastics. Her father wanted her to be protected. It was so reviled that Adeline's uncle and as well as her father, were feild agents that belonged to several different companies that go unnamed.
He kept her hidden with the slums of Hapan for several years. Until her age of 21 when she took it upon herself to explore the galaxy and take on other mission apart from the ones on Hapan.
Strengths:
+ Gymnastic Training: Ever since she could walk Adeline had been going to gymnastics and excelled in the skill. It is by far the
+ Computer Knowledge: Her uncle used to sit her in front of a datapad or a small computer and would give her several scenarios in which she would have to use the datapad to obtain information or extract files within seconds.
+ Code Cracking: Just as her uncle sat her down in front of technology he also gave her several papers that required her to unlock messages as well as having to do it on computers.
+ Medical Knowledge: Her for a long time taught her small things and tips about how to aid yourself when there is no one else to help you or there is no immediate medical personal. That includes being able to aid others.
+ Highly Intelligent: Given her mother's race, Hapan, she is very intelligent and relies highly on her mind to get a mission completed.
+ Body Structure: Her body is small and her frame thin, it's easy for her to get in and out of places quickly and quietly. Being her size Adeline is very quick and agile. Not only do her feet move with amazing speed her hands do as well.
Weaknesses:
- Body Structure: While she is quick her body is rather fragile. She did have a little combat training but not enough to take down two or three people at once like many other agents could. Instead she has to rely on others to aid her if need be.
- Semi-Weak: She isn't powerless but she isn't that strong. Despite her father's race being known for being very powerful.
- Alcoholic: Alcoholism takes a tole on virtually anyone who picks up the burden. This weakness is self explanatory.
Wardrobe:
Her style is a little different from your average agent. When she isn't in action or even when she is (infiltration/hiding in plain sight) she enjoys colorful, short, playful dresses and jewelry because when she wears it, it allows her live the dream of wearing expensive clothes since she never had them as a child. Though when she needs to she wears a padded suit, nothing to be considered seriously armor.
