Rationale: As a member of House Adasca, Vorian Adasca has been in line to inherit the corporation for quite awhile. Previously, he had relinquished control to a interim chairman, as befitting the monastic nature of his obligations to the Jedi Order, but as he had grown more distant from the Order, Vorian Adasca has decided to assume more direct control of the family company.

Description: For many countless years, Adascorp has formed the backbone of the Arkanian economy and has arguably, represented the pinnacle of the spirit of Arkania: Relentless pursuit of perfection and profit in equal measure. To this end, Adascorp became a galaxy renown mega-corporation, dominating both the sprawling plutocracy of Arkania and becoming a renown name in pharmaceuticals and genetic engineering across the galaxy. However, with the Gulag Plague, Adascorp had lost much of it's influence and profit, with most of it's subsidiaries breaking off or dissolving entirely in the CHAOS of the isolation that the plague brought. As a result, Adascorp would be considered a Tier 2 Corporation -- a rather minor force in the Galaxy, a far cry from it's glory days of standing side by side with the feared and famed Czerka Corporation. However, the stockholders and investors of Adascorp will be damned if there's a galaxy with profit that they aren't exploiting, and stand poised to reclaim their rightful place as a household name.
