This phrase will no longer be in the vocabulary of the Factory Judges/RPJs/Admins. If a submission has you questioning if its going to be abused or not go with your gut. Make sure things work out and are balanced. If the submitter wishes to not fix then deny and suggest second chance. They have that option and with second chanced subs please do try your hardest to work things out with the person.
If an item is denied in second chance it can't be revived again and has to go through a complete rework IE: not be what they originally created. So again be patient and work with the submitter. In the end we all want our creations so keep that in mind when working with someone. Any issues please tag me and I'll handle it.
