Rationale: Andreas, after escaping from the prison for the second time, decided to avenge his dead mother and take control of their surveillance devices and pretty much all things technological with a combination of help from the main control system, his trained and gifted slicing skills and his tactical mind. Through this, he turned all within the eye into literal slaves to his will.

Description: Originally a space station full of scientists keeping intense surveillance over the prison of Hellgotha and creating new technologies to maintain retroactive high security, Andreas, after escaping from the prison, hi-jacked the security and technological controls, putting the scientists and soldiers within under his command. They now use their brilliant, brainwashed minds to manufacture various weaponry and droids for him every now and then.
They may be sent informational video of Andreas's won and lost battles. This may allow them to retroactively develop technology to assist their boss in combat. As most of their time is spent surveilling the prison of Hellgotha so as not to allow the prisoners to notice any change in regulations and escape, letting an entire planet of criminals go free into the galaxy, however, only minimal amounts of focus and machinery actually go into making technologies, permanently restricting their work to minor or unique products
