I gave it time and those that wanted to speak their piece on it have voted more in favour of abolishing the Senate than to keep it. As such, the Chambers of Congress will be renamed.
An Advisory Council will take it's place. I'll edit the Charter to reflect that, as well as layout a few positions that may be up for grabs in the next couple of days. With another big invasion starting, I should have plenty of free time to work on it as a lot of people will be busy with that one and finishing the others that are still ongoing.
So yay...reformatting. Hopefully it works better for those interested. Letting Kay govern by herself probably won't work out too well. So she'll need help to keep it all together and not let it fall apart.
