DESCRIPTION

As part of Project Starbright, the rehabilitation of the junk world of Lydrax, Aurora Industries began developing components for use in the droids that were being created for the project. The first component was a state of the art atmosphere purifier that could be contained within a droid that would allow it to intake pollutants in its immediate area and convert them into the compounds needed for a Type I atmosphere, mainly oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen. Due to the size of the device however, given its design for a droid, it can only purify air in its immediate vicinity and it would require a large amount of the devices to significantly help a polluted world's atmosphere.
