DETAILED SPECIAL FEATURES

This tome possesses detailed instructions on how to cast a Force Illusion on another individual, or animal. If a user were to read and learn these instructions, then they would possess the ability to cast a Force Illusion. The illusion itself wouldn't be exactly powerful for a beginner user, but through practice, the method of how to cast a Force Illusion can be better trained, meaning that this tome only serves as a beginners step on how to cast an illusion.

This tome also covers the lore and history of the Sorcerers of Tund. It mentions the Great Hyperspace War, but the Great Schisms are not mentioned, and most of what is covered on the Great Hyperspace War is vague and difficult to understand. All that the user would know is that a war happened thousands of years ago, and that the Pureblood Sith who fought in that war eventually settled on Tund, and the Sorcerers of Tund were formed. The tome also covers something called "the Unity", which the reader could interpret to be another meaning for "the Force".

By the end of this tome, any reader who reaches the end would learn that the Sorcerers for a people based around mysticism, ontology and science. Readers would also likely to be engrossed by a chapter regarding an electromagnetic torpedo. This chapter does not cover instructions on how to create such a weapon, nor would it lead to any reader finding the means for it's creation. But it could possibly entice a reader enough to begin development of a weapon similar in nature, using the scientific calculus and formulas as a basis for research into creating something like it. Readers might also be engrossed by the mention of force field generators that were capable of withstanding the contents of the electromagnetic torpedo, but again, the text is vague and there is little to no instruction on how to construct these shields.

This is much the same for any tome or holocron left behind, as much of the powers and sciences of today are mostly based on what was made or discovered before the Four-Hundred Year Darkness. So, in theory, a reader could get the basis of creating a weapon similar to an electromagnetic torpedo, but it wouldn't be an electromagnetic torpedo; and the same applies to the force shield generators invented by Rokur Gepta, who did not leave instruction on how they would be created.

Strengths:

  • It provides the reader with insight and knowledge that they would not have had before reading it's contents.
Weaknesses :
  • Due to the materials it is made out of it can easily be destroyed by fire, or other nefarious means, such as shooting it with a blaster. It is a book and books aren't indestructible.
DESCRIPTION
After Rokur Gepta destroyed all life on Tund with his electromagnetic torpedo, he left behind a force shield that he had created to protect certain areas of Tund following it's destruction. One of these places was a library, that contained many volumes and historical texts that the Sorcerers of Tund had created in the centuries leading up to Rokur and the emancipation that followed his coming. In the centuries leading up to the Four-Hundred Year Darkness, Tund was a world that only the most daring, or desperate of ship goers would make their way to, to hideout or discover more about the legendary Sorcerers of Tund. None could get by the force field shield generators left behind by Rokur, and by the time of the Clone Wars, the Jedi had lost it's surveillance of the planet whilst they were embroiled in the schemes of the Order of the Sith Lords, meaning that the volumes and texts were forgotten about.

Following the Four-Hundred Year Darkness and the coming of the Chaos era, Tund had been restored and the force field generators left behind by Rokur had eventually fallen. In 848 ABY, a Sith Lord by the name of Darth Vupua had orchestrated an excavation of a library that a team of archeologists under her employ had discovered. Under the alias of Avedia Lacroix, the excavation uncovered several ancient volumes and tomes that the Sorcerers of Tund had left behind.

After killing the archeologists that had made the discovery, so as to protect the Sorcerers secrets, Avedia transported the volumes and tomes on board her personal ship, the Initium, to the far flung world of Kamino, where she entered a period of isolation for three months whilst she transcribed the contents of each volume and book into a new tome of her own creation, detailing what she could read and understand about the Sorcerers of Tund. The book would form the basis for some revolutionary ideas the Sith Lord had come up following the end of her isolation period on Kamino.

Seeing as this doesn't actually give you more than hints and a shaky foundation from which to work further on that tech I have no issue to stamp this.

I recommend that if you actually decide to develop them to submit them to the factory for balancing and making it fair. They sound very powerful from the way the wikia described them.
