A Peculiar Farm - First meetings

The ruins of Kakus on Lahmu had been cleared. The tribal population appeased, and a stronghold now firmly in place upon the planet. Now was time to start expanding their operations on the fertile world. Several initiatives had been in discussion from Financers, Defense/military members, and Force Users within the Diarchy. Yet non of it seemed to be able to be put together in a tangible fashion so far. Debates over how much to alter the worlds natural peacefulness for profit was now leading to the continued progress of the planet having a slight stall as official institutions/industrial works were being disputed on.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Location: Aboard the DSD-Vault

Rellik stood within the center of the command deck. Listening to the normal sounds of the ships operations. The clicking noises of operators working on sensors, diagnostics, and recourse management of the ships systems. Through it all the Diarch stood pondering the current issues of his people. There was steady expansion, than the dealings with bankers, kings, and dignitaries who all had ambitions of their own, and the rebuilding of battle torn worlds and the civilian aid that comes with it.

It was within this moment of deep pondering that his personal droid Onyx approached with a non-urgent hail from the Network. The directive of all communications were simple. Keep it short and divulge only necessary information. Heading quickly to his private chambers aboard the vessel he answered the call.

Speak

Agent: "My lord, we have report of a force user - unaffiliated migrant. Who has neared our space after a recent auction for a planet under an old affiliate of ours. (Liin Terallo) who we have been keeping tabs on recently. - Target seems to be financially stable, looking for a home, and ommitted by the other great powers. Optimal target for Diarchy per protocol, following orders - Ship comm bypass activated upon your order. Name: Cameron Tyris"

Activate bypass and terminate line

There was a small scratching noise as the call went through. The nature of bypassing security into a foreign asset was not perfected yet but was feasible. As the call connected Rellik saw a fit red haired man, near the same age as himself. The Diarch standing with his hands behind his back and his councilor smile on full display.

"Hello Mr. Tyris, my name is Diarch Rellik - co ruler of the Diarchy in the northern sector of the galaxy. Please allow me a moment of your time before terminating this call. - Firstly, excuse the brute nature of an uninvited communication; I apologize." Rellik would give a moderately deep bow before continuing. "My reason for reaching out is due to reports from my intelligence agency that recently you were looking to purchase a planet from an auction. - Now we in the Diarchy are always looking for new allies in this barbarous galaxy. Word of an unknown person with enough finance to go through with such an action is something that typically ends up on our radar. Where normally it is large governments or banking clans who make such moves, when it is a single entity - it can come with many risks."

Rellik began pacing ever so slightly back and forth. Grateful that Cameron was at least giving him the time of day.

"I wish to offer you a different route. Invest your funds on a Diarchy planet. In return we would protect your investments and even put up money ourselves to help it grow, including that, perhaps in time and with enough effort on your part you could see yourself as the voice of that world and a member of our Chancellorate. Having a large vote within our chambers on what happens to the world itself. - The planet I have in mind for our meeting and initial operations is Lah'mu. If that pleases you, I will personally ensure your safety upon your visit and negotiations if you would meet me and some of my advisors there. It would be our honor and thank you for your time."

Rellik gave a soft bow of his head to show he had finished his introduction. Now he stood resolute with his hands behind his back and awaited response from Mr. Tyris. He wished for the best and hoped this would be the beginning of something new.

Cameron thought of the offer presented by the unknown individual. If he visited the world the individual wanted him to, he stood a chance at gaining more resources. Resources that would aid him in his plans for the future, plans that he'd need more than just money for. Changing the Sith at a fundamental level so they would stop infighting and work together and watch each other's back would be hard. Yet it could be done, if he played his cards right and put forth the maximum amount of effort. "I have considered your offer, Diarch Rellik. I have determined that the two of us should meet on the world you mention. However, there is one catch. You, and whoever comes with you would be unarmed. As would I, for the duration of the meeting. We will not bring armies or guards to attempt to capture one another. A sign of trust between us. So, where shall I head?"

Having been given more freedom as the Marquis of Valkan had decided to retreat in his home on Eriadu for a few weeks of respite, Amalia found herself traversing the galaxy's outer reaches aboard a personal favorite of hers, a Khopek-class starfighter, a ship simply borrowed from the production lines on bescane for the sake of having some transport while she wasn't flying around aboard her 'employer's' shuttle and cruiser. Still, even when she wasn't exactly working for Tertius, her work and efforts still benefited the N&Z, though which part of it was always up for debate.

She held Section C aloft, acting as the bridge between the master and the unknowing puppet, for all intents and purposes, She was the string. Still, sometimes, this particular 'string' had to act in a more official capacity, replacing either of those she worked for or served at any given notice and this time it seemed she had to do so for both.

She was partially invested in what was being proposed, a deal could be made sooner rather than later, but Amalia had to make sure she'd keep tabs on the Diarchy's progress, after all... where her employer had been very adamant on supporting the Diarchy, her Master was less partial to such an inclination...after all, as he called it: The sons of Kakus are to be observed with great caution, and even greater mindfulness. While she thought of herself as smart, she had no clue what the Lord of Hunger implied with these words. Still, she had a job to do, and as such she found herself inbound towards the DSD-Vault, which happened to be one of the lesser personal ships within the Diarchs' arsenal. Lesser only in size though, for it was known the Vault was primarily used for more low key operations.

"Security clearance codes are being sent," Amalia sighed as she tapped the holowall console hovering within the unusually tight cockpit of the starfighter, making sure the Vault wouldn't mistake her for an enemy or pirate, even if she was flying an officially sanctioned craft. "No...this isn't the Marquis of Valkan, my name is Amalia Visconti...here on behalf of the N&Z...primarily as observer, I pressume..."

With some rumbling on the other end of the comms, the go-ahead seemed to be given, making the woman role her eyes and let out a sigh as she started the docking maneuvers with the Khopek, hoping that whatever had the interest of the Lord of Hunger was good enough for her to have to deal with all this. Having to play charades around Tertius was one thing, having to act as an emissary even when she could be doing much more exciting stuff was... less her idea.

Relliks words were returned with intelligence and opportunity. Tyris was not a fool - he was correct to request no troops or bodyguards. The galaxy is a barbarous place. Although the Diarch had no intention to betray this new ally.

"Those terms are acceptable and I look forward to it. The planet Lah'mu is in Grid L-3 in the Raioballo sector. For direct locations on the planet please accept this navigational upload to your ship. It will place you in a green grassland plane with a good flowing river, strong mountains and kilometers of open area to build a new estate upon. We look forward to seeing you there. For now I need to command my ship to land in orbit. I appreciate your time sir."

With that the Diarch would give Mr. Tyris a bow and wait a moment for any response he might have had before leaving his personal chambers to return to the command center of the Vault.

Upon his arrival he was informed of a shuttle arriving that belonged to the N&Z corporation. According to his head mechanic and security officer together that it was a Khopek-class starfighter with authorized codes from the Marquis of Valkan, yet was piloted by a woman named - Amalia Visconti.

"Ah good, than my request to the man went through well. Always a prompt and reliable businessmen. Bring her aboard the command deck. Ensure to treat her to the customs you would provide for her employer. We respect the Marquis as a great ally."

A unit of troopers departed with the head security officer to gather Amalia - provided with a set of drinks from water to alcoholic beverages, fresh fruits and nutritional foods, and a communicator with a line to the Diarch himself.

As they awaited her on the command deck Rellik gave the command to head to the Raioballo sector and the planet Lah'mu. He called for his personal Litigation and Legal Droid - Onyx to prepare his shuttle and call Commander Laphisto Laphisto to request his presence as an advisor on security measure to keep their new investment safe.

Litigation and Legal Droid - Onyx :Requesting access to High Councilor Laphisto - Direct line from Diarch Relliks personal secure line - "My lord and sir Laphisto, the Diarch requests your presence upon planet Lah'mu at these coordinates. Please advice for relayed response to this request." Protocol - Wait for response:
