A new sorcerer

It was around the afternoon when Nick was being brought towards the new place where his teachings would continue. The planet was called Ziost. His eyes were being set upon having to see the new sith academy. He was pretty unsure from Lady Kyros towards a new master. He had known that he would get a new master at some time but this quick he did not knew. His eyes were widening as amazed how he was wearing the acolyte clothes, handpicked by lady Kyros, while two of her guards were bringing him towards his new master.

He was told to follow them, walking in the center of both the guards while they had their weapons out and followed them all the way into the academy, there he was told to wait by the guards of the academy at Zoist themselves. He kept quiet and did as told. He was pretty nervous, and because of that he started to look at the different animal cards from different planets He was so excited to see what he will learn and what new creatures he might see here in the forests or waters

Before any plan of rebellion and usurpation of any world of Manda'lore, about when the League had assembled and agreed that using the remaining armies once held in control by Admiral Bosch of the old Empire, this was when this story first opened up.

While Voracitos remained on high, in the massive warsphere the Girth of Gluttony, the former Emperor looked upon the neglected world that once upon a time had belonged to him in absolute confidence. Now the inhabitants of the few that were, fled when the protection of the Empire was no longer guaranteed, and the Mandalorian front was closing in on this system. The academies were empty, abandoned, devoid of life. All that held the planet in the confidence that it still yet lived, was the random forestation that cropped about in the frozen wasteland.

There had been many things that occurred here in the last week or so: he had messaged the entire galaxy that he would douse the galaxy in the flames of conquest, if only the scattered Sith would flock to him. In that time also he had found himself not on apprentice but two, in the form of Kathryn Dae and a Hunter Yagami, who had quite literally fallen from the sky into the forest. The two dueled as he watched, and he decided to take him in. The force worked in mysterious manners to him, and this was another such instance of seemingly random influence of the force.

Someone inhabited an Academy he knew to be abandoned. It was a boy nonetheless, accompanied by a set of guards. Most interesting indeed. He did not sense a very inherent evil, but on rarely could over the excitement of the youth. It seemed interested in the environment, and eagerly... waited. Strange that it would wait in a place where there was no one to welcome him... surely Voracitos could not leave him unattended. What a waste of opportunity that would be, to let the boy starve or stay here and be turned into one of those savage Mandalorians! That could not be of course.

Gaining visual confirmation from his probes scouring the globe, he decided to appear to the boy. Perhaps a more familiar form was necessary. He after all, knew little to nothing about normal children. He didn't want it to do anything rash that would get itself killed. He sent a probe towards the boy, but shielded the guards from its visage. The boy alone would see the probe, thanks to his grandeur power of the mind and its accompanying eye. Even sound, did not escape the bubble between probe and boy. A hologram was projected to him, the corpulent Dark Lord.

"Greetings child. What in the Force's name are you doing here? Haven't you heard? The Empire is dead, and the Mandalorians are fast approaching this place. I'd have expect you and all your peers to have been long since evacuated by now." He said, in the... kindest voice he could emulate. It still came off as demeaning. He couldn't help it.

A drone was appearing towards him. He had no idea what this thing was at first glance but than he noticed a creature appearing from it. He had never seen before something as strange looking, because he only knew human lifeforms. He listened to the things being said to him and he started to answer on that, "Uhm, hello mister? I am coming here for my sith training, Master Kyros had send me here to continue my sith training under a new master." it was easy to hear that this boy was either very sinister or just a truly young child with young emotions which sounded kind of adorable for some certain group of people.

He kept on listening and said, "Wait, what? I have not been gone for that long in space?" This was very strange for him, he heard that the mandalorians would be coming for the temple extremely soon and that it wouldn't be smart for him to stay around, "But what should I do? I don't know what to do? Do I have to fight them?" He asked the sith lord, while he did not know that it was actually the dark lord himself speaking to him.

The boy looked around and the pressure did not yet go to much on him, he did not know about the mandalorians so it wouldn't have been problem at first thought.

(Sorry that I can't get up to your level with posting size xD)

Kyros... Kyros. That name sounded familiar but he could not place his tongue on it. But judging to her reference as Master and he was sent to Ziost for Sith training the obvious was that she was some Sith Lord. He couldn't say that he's ever met her, or even really heard anything directly related to her, but his probes got around, and he had a vast repository of information to reference to. He would discover her later... or he wouldn't. It was all the same to him.

He laughed at the worry in the child, it amused him that the impossibility of dissolution, and the permanence of nations was so ingrained in his relatively innocent head. That would change in time, but it did nothing to stop him from considering it a humorous thought. The Empire was recently disbanded, though nothing too official. A majority of the Sith had fled to who knows where to do who knew what, and the citizens were emigrating as fast as they could away from former Imperial space, where it was not as well regulated. Without the Sith power structure, chaos let loose from the disorder. Many military's were still putting down riots and panics, as well as dealing with their own comrades dissenting and abandoning the cause. Total Chaos, all that space collected under the combined reigns of Moridin, Ashin, Himself (that was a joke), and all the others after him had been effectively... obliterated from their former influences.

Once done laughing, he resumed his conversation.

"I find you cute. It does not take long for Empire's to disappear lad. You've been away just long enough in space for it to have more or less happened. As for the Mandalorian Front, probably not right away... and maybe not at all." His hologram shrugged. "It all depends on how useful you are to me." He grinned with all sorts of sinister malice. He was doing a lot better at being a teacher as a dead man than he ever did when he was alive. The students of the dark side seemed to flock to him! They almost always were impressed with the obvious factor that he was dead... and still talking to them like he was alive. That probably helped a great deal.

He looked towards the mister and he did not really know for some time what to say. He allowed the man to speak, but instead he was being laughed at, worrying that he would get in danger. He shook his head, he did not believe that the entire empire was gone now. He just couldn't give in to that single thought.

After some time he heard the dark lord speaking to him, "Could master Kyros have known about the attack?" He asked the man before he could hear that he was somehow actually being useful to the man, "How can I be useful? I am not a strong, force user." Not even calling himself a sith yet, "The only thing I am good at is solving big puzzles and healing.." He told the hologram before scratching himself behind his ear as he kept on looking over towards the man while he was shaking a bit, scared of the mandalorians soon appearing, who will most likely hurt him a whole lot.

"Hmmm, most interesting. A puzzle you are indeed boy, a healer in the hands of a Sith? Most interesting." He nodded in contemplation. He still smiled from the naivety of the child, his incapability to comprehend the rise and fall of empires. The ability to fall was so variable it was not easily understood, with some empires it took hundreds of years to die... others like this one, died over night. He continued searching the force in the matter of this lonely child. So innocent! Surely this 'Lady Kyros' had some plot involving him, to crush his innocence to powder... or to use him as he thought he would be able to.

"There is one thing that I am able to deduct from you: you are a child. Children are innocent, and for the plans I have, I may very well have use for your ability to infiltrate the residence's of my enemies. My eyes, my ears, my senses and more. You can be a powerful voice to me, as I am lacking innocence of any kind. I look upon you with hungry eyes, as I look upon all things with hungry eyes. I am a being of pure sin, of pure power. People are frightened by power, and disgusted with sin. Inside of you however, your heart is without malignancy, and you lack power as you say. If this is true, you can be a very strong pawn. The strongest of the ones I own, even." He rubbed his non-existent chins.

He didn't expect the child to understand everything he said, but that was not the point. He had a plan of manipulating this child, molding him into a tool to manipulate others. Make puppet's out of people with an unassuming puppet master, who he himself is but a puppet to the greatest master of them all: Voracitos. It was brilliant. Having been looking away the past few moments, and returned to view the child.

"Tell me, what is your name? Do you wish to play a game? I can promise you it is full of puzzles!" He siad with a wicked smile and widened his eyes in mock excitement.

A blushing face appeared while he heard the sort of interested voice of his new master. His face becoming red as he showed a bright smile, "Well, thank you master...I have always been able to heal myself for as long as I know..." He told the man, meaning that something had happened in his life, which actually made it come up intoer the average, but he him. The light side of the force was deep within him, the force strength which was above average.

He continued to listen over towards the man while his eyes looked straight at his guard going up while thinking a bit about the thing he was saying, he could not get a clear path on what he wanted to tell him, but in his mind he thought that he wanted to do some kind of possession on him, but he was far from it. The man wanted to manipulate him into becoming a manipulator himself and a powerful one, for the greater good of himself.

Nick did not yet knew that clue and did not say anything about it showing a nod, "Uhm, okay sir."

He smiled back at the man while he got asked if he wanted to play a game full of puzzles. His eyes focused onto the hologram, "My name is Nick Gamastar" Showing an even brighter smile as he said before ruffling through his own hair saying, "Puzzle time!" He said serious awaiting to what he would hear

"Nick, how wonderful! Puzzle time indeed." The Dark Lord thought up a puzzle, and thought it up quick. They were on a planet about to be taken over by Mandalorian scum. The boy was afraid of their intrusion, but his fear would give him away. He had to make him at least comfortable with them, without hating them. That would be hard, but he decided, perhaps this puzzle would require some acting!

"How good is your acting? It's part of the answer," He tapped his fat ghost fingers upon his chin, "The puzzle shall be a riddle, but a moving one. You must wander around this temple, and the better you act I shall give you a hint to the answer to the riddles I will give you! Act a riddle correctly, and you will advance wonderfully. How does that sound, or would your rather an easier game?" He said the last bit about ease with a droll and almost annoyed tone, to make the child know which option he wanted him to choose.

Riddles, acting, and wandering. Perfect entertainment value! Voracitos rarely engaged in games with singular purpose, he was the king of multitask in some suits.

The idea of the Dark lord was working like a blessing! A riddle, a mystery to be solved for Nick had made him excited. The thought of the mysterious things a Sith Lord could come up with. The Mandalorians were getting closer but, it did not matter anymore. The fear was lost within the eyes of the child. He clapped rapidly, "Puzzle time!!" He said sticking out his tongue while pulling under his eye socket down. It was some strange little habit he got.

He was asked how is acting actually was and he made a 'hmm' noise, "Not very good, sir."

He looked around and his fear was disappearing within him a little flame was coming that only wanted to expand in strength, "That is a great idea, sir! Could we start the riddle, right now?" The way the man used the tone of his voice did not even matter any longer. The boy was not influenced by it, his excitement towards the riddle caused it.
