Things were not going in Marlon Sulren's Favor in the past 3 Years. He had been expelled from the Corporate Authorities of Denon , Dishonorably Discharged from the New Imperial Armada and he'd lost alot of Corporate Facilities located in the Unknown Regions and in New Imperial Space that were supposed to propel Marlon Sularen and usher a new era for the disgraced Businessman. Ever since the Treacherous Jedi Master Cedric Grayson sacked him as a Duke in his Grayson Imperium , Sularen had long aimed to regain his Place in the Sun making numerous attempts to regain prominence in the Galaxy though failing at every time. He was continuously betrayed and deceived by Corrupt Politicians , Greedy Corporations and Self-Serving Military Officials and Selfish Religious Monks who thought themselves the masters of the Galaxy.
Just two months ago , the last Facilities of SularenCo were illegally seized by some rising Imperial Organization leaving Marlon with nothing but his flagship , the Predator. The Disgraced Businessman had been beaten , humiliated and denied his rightful place in the sun and left with nothing but a ship , something that infuriated him to the point he was on the verge of going mad. However he restrained himself and began plotting his resurgence. Putting forth a plan for resurgence and finally have his place in the Sun. However do to that he needed to reinstall himself in the Galaxy starting by establishing a base of operations for a rebuilt SularenCo in the Core Worlds.
His First Target was Balmorra. An Industrial Giant , Marlon Sularen knew that the planet was the perfect option to begin expanding his Corporation once more. In addition to it's Industrial Value , Balmorra was in close proximity of Corellia whom Marlon had a legitimate claim on the position of Diktat through his past dealings with Cedric Grayson. With a plan already in motion , Sularen quickly contacted the Senator of Balmorra

The Disgraced Businessman hoped to get on good terms with the Balmorran Senator in order to gain her support for future and more ambitious projects in which would only contribute to his rise to power and help the man Claim his Place in the Sun.
